I’ve been with Flat Fee Landlord since 2020. If I would have written this at the beginning of this year. I would have giving it a one star and was in the process finding some other place to live. There was never anyone available; only leaving messages or on the website portal. Response was random and things weren’t getting fixed. But when it came time to renew my lease. I was contacted by Flat Fee to do the annual inspection and possible renewal. The staff was new; more importantly they were professional and courteous. They told me things are going to be fixed before the lease renewal. Well, sure enough things are starting to get fix. Sergio has been spearheading the projects and making sure they are getting repaired. He’s going the extra mile and I appreciated that. So when he ask if I could give a review; I happily complied. I am hopefully that this a new leaf for Flat Fee. Sergio has put my mind at easy.

We had issues with the hot water heater leaving us with no hot water (during this extremely freezing weather we’re having) that needed a heating element to be replaced to resolve the hot water problem. If I could leave an above 5 stars for working with Sergio Maldonado, maintenance coordinator I would.He has been extremely helpful with addressing the maintenance issue we were having and with assisting with the other problems I have had.Sabri also was instrumental with some of the maintenance issues we had.At the same time I was having an issue with not being able to login to the Tenant Portal . It wasn’t letting me access or change my password. Muhammad Ana’s, rapidly resolved that issue for me and I now can login to the Portal.Thanks to all of you for you assistance resolving the issues I was having.
