My experience working with Sergio Maldonado has been truly amazing. As my property maintenance coordinator, Sergio has been outstanding, going above and beyond to follow up with my tenants and contractors to see that needed repairs and issues were satisfactorily delt with and resolved. Sergio is committed and proactive. There was a long standing issue resulting from some administrative/system changes with FFL, where my tenants rent funds were not getting deposited into my account for several months. Sergio was always diligent to follow up with the appropriate department/individuals re: this issue. Whenever I called (and I called a lot) Sergio was always extremely professional and always followed up with me promptly, keeping me linked in with the appropriate department/individual throughout this entire process, finally getting my rent funds released and deposited into my account.I highly commend Sergio for his steadfast commitment (and professionalism) to excellence in customer service.I will continue doing business with FFL only because of Sergio.

However, the sole saving grace is Sergio Maldonado, whose title is maintenance coordinator but in reality does all of the work of a property manager.
