In the 18yrs.that I have lived at the RTC there have been several property managers. Most were okay but, in my opinion, First Service Residential have been the best. I have never been shown anything but courtesy, respect & friendly service from all staff members.This is a huge high-rise property that has had its share of problems in the past. The FSR team are constantly striving to improve our living experience & to exceed our expectations --- we are a motley crew of residents who have high expectations of our team members !!

We have a common all brick wall in the Woodbridge community. It had fallen into disrepair over the years and appeared to me that it could potentially fall and cause property damage or bodily injury. I have made several request for the repair over the years we have lived here to no avail. Patricia Glen recently became our HOA manager and said it would take about 6 month to find brick that would match the current brick used all along the common wall. Given all excuses from prior managers I was skeptical, yet hopeful. About 4 months later Patricia sent me an email that the fence contractor would be here the following Monday. The contractor did show up and the repairs were made in just one day. I want to personally thank Patricia delivering on that promise. Finally after years of waiting she helped get the job done!!!

I want to leave a positive review here for Miss Mona Qazait, FSR community manager, handling Hudson Heights community HOA in Plano, Texas. On September 19th my middle school going daughter told me that she had planned a pool party with her friends for Friday, September 27th, not knowing that we had to get permission from FSR first to reserve the pool area ahead of any event. We also realized we didn’t have pool area entry card. So, I emailed Mona right away asking her to send us instructions to the online permission request form and the card. She responded quickly with instructions as to where to find the form and mailed us the card. Luckily, the card was received the day before the pool party which made my daughter very happy. All the kiddos had great time at the pool. Thank you very much Mona for being so considerate.

I went into the Providence Village HOA office to get my access card updated. At first, I was told that the systems were down and they could not assist me, this is when Chris Garcia stepped in and asked for more details and asked if I could give him a few minutes for him to see if he could work with the vendor to get my access card updated manually. About 10 minutes later, he came back to me and shared that he was able to get the access card updated. He then walked me to the fitness center to ensure it worked, which it did. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure my access card was updated so I could continue to take advantage of the amenities our HOA offers. Thank you so much, Chris!

He acted quickly and effectively to come to a resolution that both myself and my husband were satisfied with.Erin, helped with showing the clubhouse to my daughter and I when considering the c/h as a place for our baby shower. She was generous with her time and even when we did not select the c/h for our event she was professional and authentic.Next, time I need an extra space for a family event I will call on Paloma Creek HOA for their outstanding assistance.

I have lived in Paloma Creek for the past 15+ years. I recently had to switch over to a new access system for the Paloma Creek amenities. I couldnt quite figure it out so I went into the HOA office and had the good fortune to meet the Asst. General Manager Lauren Murphy...she was such a pleasure to work with! She exemplified patience and poise has she guided me through the process (SEVERAL times lol).I appreciate having people that are willing to help no matter how many times theyre asked the same question. :)I also want to shout out Blair Bernier (Lifestyle Director). She puts on the best community events! I enjoyed having the all adults pool night (with free margaritas) and my daughter has been a part of the Sip & Shop event that happens during Christmas time.Thank you for helping make Paloma Creek an enjoyable place for the residents!

In reading a few reviews, I realized there are some folks that have experienced some negative occurrences. But from my own experiences, those negative situations had to be isolated incidents. Stacy and her staff (especially Brandy), have been amazing. I am extremely happy to have made the choice to move to the Mira Lagos community! I havent had any problems. But being new to the area, Ive had questions and inquiries. Ive always been promptly attended to with friendly, professional voices. Stacy clearly gets it and made me feel like a neighbor, not just a tenant in the community! Id say to anyone in the market for a community to call Home, look no further than Mira Lagos! You wont be disappointed!!

We have lived in Inspiration since 2016 and we absolutely love it here. I’m an especially impressed with Sheryl and her team. Sheryl always makes herself available for questions and she always addresses my concerns. I remember Sheryl driving around last year after we had a really bad storm to make sure that everyone was safe and not injured by the straight line winds that caused a lot of damage to the community. She even stayed late that week to make sure that everything was cleaned up and put back in place and repaired or replaced. I know she loves Inspiration as much as we do and it really shows in her level of care and attention to detail.Last year, Sheryl hired a compliance liaison and that has really helped to keep our community beautiful. Taylor is also on her team and she created some really fun events as our Event Coordinator.

As a resident of a neighborhood serviced by First Service Residential, I had need to ask the architectural committee to approve plans for a roof replacement. Michael Quinn of FirstService was great with rapid review and approval and very courteous communication. I had never interacted with the architectural committee before and had no idea what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised with Michaels professional and responsive processing of our request. Hes great!

I have removed my 1 star review. Now Im willing to give a 10/10. The staff here is friendly and helpful. My HOA and Clickpay screw up everything and charge them on me for 3 years, and the accounting manager here has taken over my case now. Clearly a terrible branch management doesnt mean the whole company is suck. If you feel hopeless in a long term trouble shoot please come and talk to someone here. They may even dont have your reported case. Attitude of working is way useful than attitude of speaking.

Our Mira Lagos HOA is managed by First Service residential. Stacy and her team have always been professional, responsive and caring. I had the pleasure of serving on the board and chairing 3 different committees. Over the last six years there have been many projects and improvements to our community and all were managed very well. HOA’s are notorious for being difficult to live in, however Mira Lagos has a great value for the dues we pay. 3 swimming pools, a gym and large club house. The experience I had working with the employees at First Service during the construction of the gym and clubhouse was great, from changing designs to hosting events,Stacy’s team has managed all of this with care and grace. I would highly recommend First Service to be your property manager and would absolutely recommend Stacy, Cynthia Brandy or Brent.

Each of the PHOA office staff works so hard to ensure the charm of PV remains intact. The landscaping is always beautiful, the amenities are plenty and well taken care of. Ive lived in Mira Lagos for a little over 2 years. This is by far the best community Ive lived in. I have interacted with all of the Mira Lagos HOA staff and they are wonderful. From planning social events, to HOA meetings, to answering questions, etc., they are top-notch. Stacy McGrath and her team are always very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We are blessed to have such a hard working team in our community. Because of their events, we were able to meet a lot of our neighbors and it helped us feel right at home.

FirstService has been our HOA property manger sense I moved to Texas. During the storms 2 weeks ago, The staff at Mira Lagos HOA was working with our community to ensure residents were informed. The staff went out of their way to communicate with city services to ensure the residents had access to services if needed all while they themselves had power outages and burst pipes. I couldn’t be happier with how the team at FirstService helped to maintain our community. I have had a positive experience with each interaction I’ve had with any of their employees. Michael Murphy with First Service Residential Dallas is our property manager for our neighborhood HOA.He did an exceptional job dealing with an independent pool company. Daily, they were driving over our common area grass and walkway and parking their company pickup on our property to build a pool at the bordering new neighborhood.Once I notified Michael of the damage with pictures and company sign, he immediately contacted the pool company and stopped them from further damage.Michael also followed through with having the pool company replace our damaged sod and clean up the construction area!Thank you Michael for your quick promptness and especially caring about our neighborhood!!!Awesome Job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Its the notary services for me!I am a business owner and over the years Ive had to occasionally pop over to the Mira Lagos HOA office to get a random business document notarized. Funny how you dont know the inconvenience of getting stuff notarized until you need a notary! So Ive always appreciated the service being onsite. A few weeks ago, my husband and I had to get some papers notarized, so it was a little more involved than other times. Brandy Roberts, our onsite notary, as always, navigated the signing and notarization with professionalism, efficiency and care. But let me tell you what....today was the day that I really understood and came to truly appreciate this valuable onsite service!My husband and I took on the necessary task of retaining an attorney to prepare estate papers. The completed packet of paperwork (close to 100 pages) required several places to sign, initial, date, check, etc. Not only did it require several notarizations, but it required two witnesses in several places. We arranged via email to meet Brandy in the HOA office.When we got there, she was eating her lunch (we ended up being late, our bad!). We asked if we should come back, she pushed back from her desk, said, nope, lets get this done! She took the lead and led the way into the clubhouse where we could spread out all the necessary documents at the counter. She called for Stacy and Cynthia to serve as witnesses, made sure all parties were introduced (even though we already knew each other lol) read the necessary attestations oaths and directions aloud to all, made sure we knew what we were signing, and whipped the papers to and fro, flipping and turning, signing and stamping, pointing and instructing.....I dont know how she kept up with all the pages and who needed to sign what! From reading the instructions written by our attorney to making sure we used blue ink....amazing. Come through, gifts of organization and being detail-oriented! LOL! Stacy and Cynthia were both on deck with their blue pens, signing as witnesses in the appropriate places, exercising patience as we went through an almost hour long process. The task was serious, but the energy was light and positive as all three remained attentive and sensitive to the services they were providing.So, long long review, but two things I hope you take away. Firstly, If you made it this far, get your affairs in order! LOL! Seriously, such a big WOOSAH to know that in the event of the unexpected, our wishes will be clearly known. Secondly, our onsite staff in the Grand Prairie Mira Lagos HOA Office is just awesome, and their professionalism and efficiency is top notch.Brandy, Stacy and Cynthia, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR OUR COMMUNITY!

In today’s world, many people are quick to judge and flood media sources with negative words/comments/feedback. I want to take a moment to give praise, appreciation, and thankfulness to Stacy McGrath. Because of Ms. McGraths attention to detail and compassion for others, her efforts far exceeded my expectations. Being a leader means more than just managing a property or a community, it also involves recognizing an immediate need and doing everything you can support those who have been negatively impacted. Ms. McGrath recognized the need, communicated thoroughly and consistently, and acted swiftly. Even more impressive, Ms. McGrath went above and beyond to follow up with families who may have been left behind during the restoration efforts. She remained diligent and stayed in the game until the final buzzer sounded. God recognizes her efforts and knows her heart. Because of her integrity, God will reward her for many years to come. From the bottom of me and my family’s heart, we sincerely THANK Ms. McGrath for stepping in to help solve this gas and energy crisis. We had no heat nor hot water for a week while trying to manage a family of five. Firewood was nowhere to be found and we had to resort to spending hundreds of dollars buying 2x4’s to burn as we surfed the internet and NextDoor for anyone selling firewood. By the end of that week, we were down to our last two (2) logs when the Atmos truck pulled into our cul-de-sac to activate our gas. This was a “Just In Time” moment for us because we didn’t know what we were going to do without heat and no space heaters. Our family had to pack up items to take showers at friends and family during that week. My wife and I traveled several times across the metroplex to find general food items that were not available at a store near us due to the power outage. This was by far the most challenging week we have encountered in decades, but we made it through thanks to Ms. McGrath. Ms. McGraths hard work and dedication will not go unnoticed. Ms. McGrath, YOU are the main reason why we absolutely love living in Mira Lagos.. the best community around.

Jenifer Reider is great! She is the manager of my neighborhoods HOA, and even went above and beyond to help me with questions on another neighborood First Service Residential manages when that manager failed to respond.

Great place to live and a lot of friendly kind neighbors, I don’t have nothing negative to say about front office staff any concerns I’ve had got taken care of without any questions.. property manager is awesome she took care of any issues that have came up and resolved them to the best of her knowledge.. people please communicate with management instead of just reading the negative reviews.. communication goes a long way..
