Exceptional Service and Venue at the Paloma Lake HOA OfficeI recently worked with Brandon, Bobbie, and Krissie at our neighborhood HOA for an upcoming event, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. I had some issues with the electronic payment process, but the team quickly offered a simple and effective solution. Brandon was particularly accommodating, inviting me to walk the payment into the office personally.During my visit, I was given the opportunity to tour the venue and take some photos, which was incredibly helpful. The entire team was knowledgeable and answered every question I had with confidence. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service really stood out. If youre planning an event in the neighborhood, I highly recommend working with this HOA team. The venue is top-notch, and the service is even better! -

Ive lived at Paloma Lake for the past nine years and have found it to be a really nice place to live. Beautiful, with a very friendly culture.Unlike a few other places Ive lived throughout my life, the HOA here has been quite good, I have to point out. Just the right amount of enforcement without ever becoming overbearing.In particular, Ive been quite pleased by the activities coordinators weve had. Krissie, the current person fulfilling that role, has done an excellent job, and deserves quite a bit of praise. Regularly scheduled community activities, all actually worth attending, some for the young and some for the adults alike. I just returned home from the Halloween-themed community happy hour, in fact! -

Great opportunities to mingle and meet other neighbors! Love love Paloma Lake and the HOA team is one of the main reasons. -

Krissie Zeveckas puts on wonderful events at Paloma lake round Rock. I recently attended the breast cancer awareness event which i thoroughly enjoyed and learned quite a bit! The Harpest was out of this world wonderful...I attended the Halloween pet event last night and it was wonderful. A big turnout. I brought my bearded dragon Phoenix and she was a hit among the kids and parents.. Thanks Krissie and everyone else that makes all the events a huge success. -

I live in Paloma Lake. I know many show much displeasure having to live in an HOA. I understand, many HOAs are not desirable. But that has not been my experience living under Paloma Lakes HOA and staff. One of the things I do desire about HOAs (ones that are run well like Paloma Lakes) is that they and the neighbors maintain the community and make it a joy to live in (especially maintaining property values by not having rundown neighborhoods). Our HOA fees also, compared to many around us, are very reasonable. Paloma Lake is consistently maintaining and improving services without constantly making large HOA fee hikes like many HOAs do. They increase services while keeping down cost. It is a well run HOA. More recently when I encountered a problem with regards to an architectural modification application. I sought help and Krissie Zeveckas and Bobby Garansuay were wonderful. Both were very helpful ensuring I had easy access to what I needed and providing helpful guidance in what I didnt need to do (helped save me money on top of it). This is indicative of the quality and professionalism of the staff here. These two people like all the staff I have dealt with here are wonderful and is why I am taking time out to write this review and say thank-you. Thank you! -

Krissie and the Paloma Lake management team is the best HOA Ive lived in. They are fair and fun! We have national ice cream day, play doh day, womens tea party, scavenger hunts, and monthly happy hours. Great appetizers and drinks, todays theme was Beetlejuice and Halloween. Krissie dressed up as Beetlejuice. She makes living here so much fun and I truly appreciate her efforts! -

I’ve been a resident of Paloma Lake for over 10 years now and the current HOA management team of Bobby, Brandon, and Krissie are the best we’ve ever had. I’ve had several interactions with them and each time they are professional and friendly. The architecture review process for adding a pergola was very easy and fast. Their weekly communication is stellar. I get one email with important HOA updates and a second email just for community events and lifestyle updates. We hold annual bulk trash collections and neighborhood wide garage sales. There are tons of events for kids and resident appreciation days. The community is maintained immaculately. The common areas and pools are always stellar. When there are Board meetings the team makes sure they go above the minimum to advertise them. That kind of transparency makes me feel safe that we are being managed well. Another point is that the team feels part of the community but knows that they are the stewards of HOA dues and property. They protect our investment by carrying out the will of the Board in a professional manner. There has never been a better time to live in Paloma Lake thanks to the FirstService Residential team of Bobby, Brandon, and Krissie. -

The Vineyards in Rough Hollow HOA is managed by First Service Residential. The Operations Manager is Tommie Casey. I am of the opinion that for the workload and day to day tasks that she handles, she is on top of everything that it takes to keep things running smoothly, handles matters very timely, is courteous and friendly and seems to take pride in her job. Her people skills are excellent and she never gets rattled when things heat up. She is a top performer and should be recognized by FS Management. We would have a problem if she was to decide to seek employment elsewhere. She keeps it going for all of us homeowners in the Vineyard! -

I have been fortunate enough to live in Paloma Lake for the past 7 years, and the current staff are the best we have ever had. Bobby, Brandon and Krissie are always friendly and helpful, and work hard to make our community amazing. I have been volunteering on the Lifestyle committee for most of this time, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about our current Lifestyle Coordinator, Krissie Zeveckas. Brandon provides follow up information and great customer services with regards to amenity rentals. Moreover, since joining Krissie has provided exceptional care to details, problem solving and supplies ideas on improving community events. Aside from overseeing events, Krissie also partakes in committee meetings with a pleasant and engaging demeanor. Aside from this, she took the time to provide authentic care for my daughter after a bicycle fall on a near by trail by providing a first aid kit and ice pop at the amenity center. -

I was trying to make some changes to the outside of my home which includes extending my driveway and added stone flower beds, the application process was a bit confusing so I reached out to Cole Emswiler and he was AMAZING. I was not thrilled about having to deal with the application process and all the things needed for approval and I had some questions along the way and Cole was so great. He responded to my phone call within the hour and responded to all my email questions so promptly and he never made me feel like I was bothering him while being so needy during the process. Thank you Cole for all of your help! I truly appreciate your patience. He is great at customer service and communication and deserves some recognition! -

I want to take a little time to brag on our management team for Paloma Lake: Bobby, Brandon, and Jessica. The three work so well together and as team and with the HOA Board for our neighborhood. This is the smoothest I have seen this team run in the 7 years we lived in this neighborhood. Bobbye and Brandon have done a great job working with the community to manage the property and enforce the CCRs. I am seeing less complaints from the neighborhood residents about their interacts with the team than in past years. Jessica has done a great job planning events for the community with increased attendance. Overall, this team is fantastic and I hope we can keep them around to continue to support our community. -

I live in the Sunfield community and have received excellent customer service from Colleen and Caitlin. They are quick to respond and work on a solution that helps the neighborhood. The communication has improved dramatically. Casey does an amazing job planning events for the community. It is greatly appreciated by myself, family and neighbors. The only thing I would hope for is that next year the pools open in April and close in October. The last 2 neighborhoods I lived in had much longer pool seasons. Thank you! -

No one likes to pay HOA fees or being monitored or having to get approval to do things on your own house; however, we do agree to do these things when we move into a HOA neighborhood. I don’t like these things either. My experience, however, has been an excellent one with Paloma Lake HOA. I have received a couple letters of non-compliance and have been turned down before on requests for variance but overall they have been very fair, not over bearing, or unreasonable. They are pleasant, kind and respectful in the execution of their role. I have not seen them to be hypocritical either. They do their part in making good use of the HOA fees by staying on top of and maintaining the neighborhood public areas. They stay on top of the mowing, planting, trimming, building new facilities and just in general making our neighborhood looks nice. The fees in my estimation, after seeing what others pay in HOA fees in other neighborhoods, is more than a bargain for our buck. If I have to have an HOA, I like this one and desire none other. -

I’m writing to say what a wonderful property manager we have. Aaron Bell goes far and beyond in taking care of Highpointe. He is visible in the community, steps up to help in many ways and is great at communicating with the community. Recently, with the school bus shortage in our district, traffic has increased in our neighborhood. Aaron has been out on the street, helping direct traffic so that everything runs as smoothly as possible. This was not a part of his job description, but he saw the problem and stepped in to help. Wonderful wonderful manager!!! -

We have participated in several events at Tuscan Village, Lakeway. These events are initiated and organized by our Member Services Director, Linda Michael. The events have been outstanding! The organization, coordination, and variety of actual events have exceeded our expectations. And...the events are FUN, unique, and well attended. There is a small volunteer group of TV residents who assist Linda with set-up and decorations. This group is known as The Roadies. Linda even makes the necessary prep work lots of fun. To be honest, there are so many TV activities to select over a given month...we rarely travel to Austin for entertainment. The most recent, Mentalist Mark Stone, was incredible...truly a Las Vegas or NYC quality show stopper!! Our Linda is TOPS! Thank you...Sheila & Chuck Niles -

I would give three stars, if I had not spoken with Dante, who is excellent. My issues are with the violation letters themselves and the community manager.There are two problems with the violation letters. The first one is they only give a vague description of the violation but do not state exactly what the problem is. For example, my violation was for lawn maintenance, however we mow and water regularly so what exactly was wrong with my lawn?In addition to vague violation descriptions, the letter includes a picture to show what the problem was. Here is the second problem: The picture is small, black and white, and of poor quality. So in my lawn maintenance violation letter I could only see what looked like a freshly mowed lawn at a distance.My issue with the community manager. I called FirstService Residential to ask about the violation and other questions I had regarding HOA processes. The person who answered was someone who directed callers to the write department or person. This person (I did not catch his name) was polite and helpful. He tried to connect me to the Community Manager. She did not answer. He tried to make it so that I could leave her a voicemail. Her voicemail box was full. His last resort was to let me dictate a message for him to send to the assistant community manager, who did not have a contact phone number. The community manager emailed me later that same day, but I emailed her back asking for a phone call. She did not respond and did not call me for two days. I sent another email asking for anyone in her office to call me. I did get a call back finally from someone else in her office named Dante. Dante was very polite and professional. He answered my questions and was able to clarify the violation for me. -

As part of the Rough Hollow Men’s Fitness Exchange, we are especially thrilled with the installation of the pull-up bars in that athletic space. I want to take a moment to recognize Megan Maedgen, our FSR agent representing Belvedere here in Austin. Megan is exceptional at her job and provides a tremendous service to our community. We just recently closed on our dream home here in Belvedere, and had it not been for the amazing service and timeliness of Megans responses to my needs, I may still be here today, two weeks later without a house to live in. We are in an unusual drought, and my lender threw on the condition to complete our pool construction in order to close on my house. This is a very difficult hurdle to overcome when we are in a level three drought and cant get water in my pool.I asked Megan to intervene, and through many many phone calls to her and emails, and approvals from our HOA, we were able to get over the hump and obtain loan approval to close. Again, this would have been impossible without the help and dedication from Megan to get us to the end!We broke ground on our building of this home about the same time that Megan started her new job here in the community. Since that time, Megan has been a breath of fresh air to work with. Belvedere is blessed to have here representing our neighborhood!! Thank you Megan for all the work you do to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful, and most importantly for the amazing job an service you provide to our home owners like myself! :) -

Casey Bedell has been such a pleasure to have in our Sunfield community. She plans amazing events like Casino night and Float and Gloat AND I am amazed with how she deals with all the crazy people in our community all wanting different things with very strong opinions lol. I didnt realize how hard her job was until I started going to lifestyle committee meetings. These people are tough to please... but she does it EVERY TIME.
