    This review is regarding the amazing efforts of Trish Ferrier and staff of First Class Realty in Cypress, Texas.This property management team has not skipped a beat in supporting me despite the frequent weather issues and power outages in the greater Houston area. . Although they have lost their office on more than one occasion because of severe weather,I have yet to notice a delay in receiving any communications regarding my property. I honestly don’t know how they continue but am so grateful I discovered them a few years back after experiencing communication problems with a previous management company.Amber & Ashley notify me immediately of concerns requiring my approval and Jazelle communicates a monthly statement without fail!If you’re considering a realtor, a property manager, or looking for a rental this is the ultimate experience.Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond each and every day.     Dealing with First Class is a breeze! They’re very responsive with any of our needs!     I’ve rented from FCR for almost 15 years now with 4 different properties. They’re understanding, prompt and never give us any troubles. They give great rental protections built into the rent (free air filters and rental insurance) making things a breeze for us. Their online submissions for repairs tool is great and communicative. They’ve always looked out for us and I highly recommend them!

    Ive leased a home from them for eight plus years. They were always fair. Rent only went up twice. But I started before rent prices got crazy in 2020! That was nice. Theyre good with maintenance issues. They keep you informed n are accessible. Ladies in office were always polite n helpful.

    As a real estate investor I have always felt that a property management company cant be reviewed until you go through a vacancy with them. I have been with 1st class since 2017 and have had nothing but positive experiences but just went through my vacancy. They were in the house the day it became vacant, quickly got it ready for rent and then selected a quality new tenant. All within a couple of weeks. This is incredible performance compared to other management companies I have worked with. They have been prompt, professional, and courteous every time I have interacted with them. If you are a real estate investor in Houston I HIGHLY recommend this company.

    Moving day has its own challenges. We arrived to our new location. There was an issue. I checked everything I knew to check prior to submitting maintenance request. I did not wait bc I knew it was a few hours before office close for the weekend in case I needed to speak with someone there. Immediately I received a text that request was received and troubleshooting tips, which was helpful. My issue wasnt easily resolved with the tips. It was not long before I received a text that technician was scheduled to come out. He arrived and resolved the issue in a timely manner. He was honest and professional. I appreciate the follow up to confirm issue was resolved. Greatly appreciate service of excellence.

    We were fortunate to not only have a local crew come to the house, but one of the first on the list. The Pipe repair was thorough and quick, for where it located. These guys checked ALL the other areas that could have been compromised by this particular Pipe Burst. They provided a rolling shop with all the what they needed to gauge, pre-assemble, and install the repair piece in little or no time at all. Plus, they left very little evidence of their task completion, clean cut drywall, swept up after themselves, and used higher quality materials to repair what was installed when house was built. Very Professional.

    I just renewed my lease. The main reason I renewed is because of the way Elizabeth R is always super nice and very attentive with any problems. The maintenance is fast effective and polite. All of this makes a very comfortable living area & renting from them.

    My roommate and I have been living in a home for over 5 years now. First Class took over management from another firm about a year ago and it has been great!!! The previous manager never returned calls and was completely unresponsive whenever we needed anything. Since First Class took over, all of the repairs that had been neglected over the previous years was taken care of and even the walls and flooring that had been damaged as a result of the repairs not being done was taken care of. We always pay our rent on time and have never had an issue with rudeness or anyone claiming we didnt pay on time.

    I have to say I was timid at first but that was at no fault to First class reality it was just that I had an owner who was new to renting and very skid dish. The staff communicated with us openly and honestly and my move out was right in the middle of Harvey and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I would rent or buy with them again. Also full deposit was returned.
