    My experience with First American Realty Started off to a bad start the very first day I moved in. I had to resolve the issue on my own, but after the issue was resolved my stay there was enjoyable. The staff was very nice. whenever there was a maintenance issue it was quickly resolved.

    I recently rented a home with First American Real Estate & Management Services and I will say it was one of the best if not the best experiences Ive had with a property management company. They were very responsive to any maintenance request and expedient in getting any work completed. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Special kudos and ten stars to Klaudia, the property manager. She had a very warm and inviting smile, very professional and she made me feel like family. I will definitely rent with First American Real Estate again if Im in the market to rent a home and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market to rent a home.     We rented a home in Keller for 2 years. During that period our property management company transferred over to First American and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. Our concerns were always heard & they wasted no time in remedying what they could. They always got back to us promptly.     FARE took over our property a couple of years ago and although we are the “easy” tenants because we don’t ask for anything we have had some life situations hit us in the face and FARE has been very helpful during those times. This year our lease was up and we were extremely blessed we were offered another lease. I worked with Klaudia and she made sure we were set up for success and even got some maintenance repairs scheduled quickly with amazing contractors. Everyone at FARE works and cars like Klaudia but she is the best and deserve many promotions. Klaudia should be in charge of customer relations because she’s amazing and I thank God she is my contact.Pick FARE and request Klaudia!

    First American Real Estate & Management is the company management ever. From my experience with them I can say that there nothing tenants can complain about the management. First of all every board member is so nice, respectful, and kind. I wish every since I have rented I had this company as my real estate management. When ever you call you always get them on the phone. When never you put a request they always on time to respond no matter what time so if someone se this company while you are searching a place to stay I highly recommend First American Real Estate & management this a perfect company surrounded by great people.

    Ive been having trouble for some reason being able to leave a review,if I could leave more then a 5 star review I would,I would like to thank Hassan and the rest of the staff at First American Real Estate Management company.First my garage door opener was having issues opening and closing,I had issues several years earlier and like they did back then they sent out a Technician within a couple days,to my dismay the Garage Door Main computer was done,I wasnt sure if it would be replaced,Hassan contacted me back promptly with the great news it would be replaced,the vendors they hire are all proffesional and courteous and the issue was resolved quickly.I also had a recent incident with my rent and as they did like they did when we went through covid they were concerned and worked with me through this issue also.So thank you very much Hassan for always assisting me both proffesionally and always very courteous and helpful,Ive been with First American Real Estate for going on 7 years now and dont plan on going no where soon the service has been awsome from the owner of the company to the office staff thank you

    First of all I want to thank the staff of the management for all the good work they have been doing. They provide a crucial service when it comes to rent a place to stay. The property manager who is Klaudia Zmurko she deserves to be on her place the way she talks to people it makes me feel comfortable she is so kind and respectful. I just move to 3253 Karen St according to what i saw this place is so beautiful everything is new and up to code and my wife and we really love this place to stay the property manager makes us feel like we are in good hands I really recommend this management company for anyone who is looking for a place to live. Before i sent my application to First American Real Estate I had had sent application to another property and pay $300 for the application till now I haven’t received anything conformation from them while i sent my application to Fisrt American Real Estate in 2 days i got approved and now I’m living in the house in less then two weeks.

    We rented from First American for 1.5 years and we had the opportunity to buy a new house however, this was 4.5 months short of our lease expiring. I followed the direction from Klaudia (Office Manager) and I was able to break my lease according to our contract, including Klaudia was able to find someone to rent our apartment in record time in less than 30 days from my notice! This saved me $$Money plus I had no issue getting my deposit back as well - outstanding service by Klaudia! First American would definitely be my 1st choice to rent from again!

    I have been a tenant for 4 years. Recently, I lost Internet connection and was unable to use the portal to pay the rent which resulted in a late payment. Hassan answered when I called to explain what happened. I was stressing because I had never been late and I asked if they could waive the late fee this one time. Hassan was such a a pleasure to talk to and eased the tension as he was unexpectedly very understanding. He told me they agreed to waive the late fee as long as I paid it that day and went on to tell me to have a happy new year. You dont know how relieved I was to hear that! It was like a weight lifted and I had a good remainder of the day at work. They are always so polite whenever I contact them and maintenance tickets are taken care of expeditiously. Its a blessing to stay in a home where the landlord takes good care of the property and cares about the well being of the tenants. I would recommend this company to anyone.     I want to commend Seema Hansraj for a job well done. It was the coldest day of the year and our heater went out. We were really cold and we contacted First American through the Tenant Portal. Seema contacted a HVAC company and this company came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem! We are now warm & so happy in our nice home!     I’m a single mom and haven’t gone through the process of renting a house in over a decade. I was honestly kind of dreading it. But, the whole process ended up being really simple. I found a house I was interested in and put in a request for a showing. The kids and I were able to see the house the next day. Klaudia patiently went through all the documents I needed to include with my application and once I turned everything in I had an approval in a matter of hours. When I dropped off my deposit everyone was so friendly and this has overall ended up being a such a comfortable experience for me. The HVAC in my unit failed right as weather started to warm up. They executed a replacement with a few days and I had an entirely new HVAC system installed.
