We have lived at Fiji Senior Villas for, almost, 2 years. The new management team is fabulous. Keila has taken much time to help me understand billing and was always patient and polite, even when I wasnt. Maintenance is prompt about repairs. People, here, are becoming more social because the whole atmosphere has changed. It really feels like home. The management really cares for our wellbeing and happiness. I am so grateful for all of the management teams efforts.

0 stars, been living here 9yrs, no maintenance, no housekeeping the pool been closed over six yes.The carpet stinks from dog poop and urine,trash bin disgusting. My husbands truck been broke in over 20 times as well as several residents they even break out the windows, cops never come, no security,no lighting in front parking lot us elders have to function in the dark, if u ask me they need to do a major makeover, just like the new town homes next door and the new apartments right in front of us with a built in garage, (same owner)and we continue to get flat tires on our vehicles, rent go up every year but our check stay the same give or take 2-5 dollars. The same owner owns all three properties I know his parents do live in nothing like this. Carpet haven’t been changed since they built it, roaches gone wild every time I open my door they just walk in. But y’all care right. This is what you call slum lord. Major makeover ASAP

My favorite part of living at Fiji is how dedicated the manager is to resolve issues I encounter in my apartment and how quickly (and professionally) the maintenance crew is to resolving them. I feel I’m part of a family, which makes my space my home, just like I like it!

The Staff is very friendly . They care about our needs ,; I wish we had more Activities ; movie nights and exercising with better equipment !

Very nice building, everything is well taken care of. The amenities are amazing! Pool,work out room, library. The apartment I looked at were very nice. Loved the black appliances,built in microwave and the nice closet with the washer/dryer hook up. The shower is perfect for seniors, no tub to climb into. Just walk in, and plenty of room for a shower chair if needed. Patrica the leasing agent was very nice and easy to talk too. Moving there didnt work out for me,but I will keep it in mind for another time.

Very nice homes. My daughters grandmother lives in one of these homes and she absolutely loves it here! The neighborhood is very friendly and so are the neighbors. The homes near the senior villas are beautiful and I would love to buy one in the near future!

Me and my husband lived there many years and because my husband passing i lost alot but this is a very very nice place to live i love it there and my husband did to so hope i get chance to move again but if not it still nice there anybody would love. There at the fiji

Im a roadside automotive mechanic 🧰 and had a job to do there but, I was able to go inside 💠 and the apt unit is nice with everything including a garage...Wow. extra nice.

I have visit here and some of the tenate are really nice and they speak. But some of them they are nice but they stay in there space i respect there space fiji is a very nice place and my husband love it because he loves people but there have been time when it wasnt quite and but Thanks to the new mangers staff it back quite

This is a beautiful place, I am going to be a resident here, and Ive visit with some friends who already live here, absolutely beautiful.
