Sariana and Vivian are doing a great job running the office! Sariana showed us the unit and walked to the car and made my friend get out the car with his wheelchair, come in and start the signing up process. She made him laugh and feel right at home. Once she got us started, Vivian stepped in to help complete the process. Overall we are very happy with our decision to lease at Midtown Towers! We have never experienced such a motivating and persuasive team! Thanks girls!

Sariana is terrific! Very helpful as our apartment manager; I know I can always count on her to help us out. I really appreciate how approachable she and the rest of the Fratris staff are and the efficiency with which they address any issue. We are in our 8th year at Midtown Towers and we recommend it to those who want to build a caring community of people who look out for each other.

Sariana, David, And Jeremy are the best team I’ve seen thus far. They are all so nice and friendly and willing to help with any issue we have. Good job to the management team for hiring them! I love my apartment, and everyone that makes it feel more like home!

I want to say that Sariana is the greatest office attendee. She has been the greatest at making my 2 year stay at Midtown Manor the greatest. She always greets with a smile and makes sure all needs are met.

Lauren has been absolutely amazing from day one!! Ive never met a apartment manager like her before! So professional, kind and sweet!! I highly recommended renting through her!! She is the BEST!!
