I had the most amazing time renting with Fertitta real estate for 3 years. I never had one issue with them. Honest and reliable. Ready whenever I needed something fixed always responsive to my calls. Remembered me everytime I came in and were always kind and attentive. My move out experience was smooth and simple with easy instructions on what I needed to do before move out. Rodney is a very professional business man and it was always a pleasure to work with him. Thank you Fertitta, if I’m ever back in town I’ll be looking to rent through y’all.

Fantastic company, fantastic people at Fertitta Realty!Michael helped us sell 2 properties; he had the first one sold within 2 hours, and the second one after 3 days!Michael also kept us informed about where we were at every stage of the several stages of the selling process, which we really appreciated!Great at communication at Fertitta!Also, wed already moved out-of-state, and so all had to be done via phone, texts, and emails. Because of the high level of professionalism of those at Fertitta Realty, all went smoothly and quickly anyway!Highly recommend Fertitta Realty!

Very best I ever rented from property very nice front office staff kind understanding and willing to help anytime I had a maintenance issue they fixed it very fast but Rodney is the best by far but overall great staff
