    Ive had an amassing experience with FBM.     Really love living here they are so Quick with maintenance and any other request that I’ve had it was really easy to get in and Jake has always been very helpful. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now in the community around my certain complex is unbelievable.. Everybody looks out for each other and knows each other. I’ve had zero problems. Everybody you’re so friendly and anytime I’ve had anything break. They have been so quick to fix it.

    As we were looking where to move next, the property we wanted to view and potently move into was from FBM and we didnt know what to expect, and so we contacted them and within days we heard something back, there office staff was great, they have always answered our questions right then and there, even when signing our lease with Josh, it was just like having a conversation like we had known him prior too and we had never met in person. Everyone has been so helpful and we have recommended several people to them!

    I have lived at an FBM property for 2 years now and moving into my 3rd year. The staff and property managers are so very friendly and made me feel at home in my new home. Now as i move again, Nick has made the transition from one FBM property to another a smooth and easy process. Maintenence issues were promptly handled with professionalism and care.     I had a great experience with FBM. Edmond was always helpful and very nice. We unfortunately had to move because the owner was selling and no longer wanted to rent his property.     I’m a new tenant, today makes one week in the new house. The house is really old so there were some electrical and plumbing problems. I’ll admit I was a little skeptical reading negative reviews about this leasing company, and a lot of them said they weren’t helped with maintenance requests but I’m extremely happy with how quickly and diligently they’ve worked to fix the issues. Every issue that has come up they’ve acted on immediately or the next day. The plumber even came out late the other night to help shut off the water when I needed. As a single mom I really appreciate the extra mile they’ve gone to help me in confusing and stressful situations and ensure that my kids and I have a safe and comfortable home!And on top of that, I was approved within 2-3 days of the application being sent in and moved in my house the day after that. Overall, I’m very happy with them so far! Would definitely recommend to others

    FBM has managed my two buildings in downtown Waxahachie for the past two years. I am very pleased with our relationship and their service.
