Robin is top notch and an answer to my prayers! She helped me get my rental property ready for move in condition from start to finish. She is so dedicated, dependable, honest, with very good judgment. I am so grateful that I found an excellent property manager that went above and beyond for me (I am from California). She kept me updated with detailed information and pictures. This was a huge project and I couldn’t have done it without her. Robin is the best!

Robin has been a lifesaver for me. Her communication skills, personality and overall customer service is unmatched. I called Robin one day, after over two years of a less than mediocre experience with a previous property management company, and we immediately hit it off. She understood my frustration and within a week of taking over as my property manager, found a qualified renter - something my previous company could not do and they had three months worth of excuses. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for making that call. If you are experiencing any second thoughts with your current company, dont hesitate any longer. Pick up that phone and call Robin. Robin Patino is managing our condo for us in San Antonio and so far (4 months in) we are very pleased. Robin found a renter for us, has communicated well, has made the accounting transparent, keeps good records, and is taking care of business for us while we are away. We would recommend Robin to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, communicative property manager.

They have their clients best interest in mind, they take the time to select and screen the tenants & are always available when I have a question!They also have a portal for landlords to access all of the documentation for their property. They are a great resource for growing my real estate portfolio. 5 stars!
