    I am a tenant and I can say that the experience I’ve had with Expert Property Management has been phenomenal. They are so attentive to our needs and actually care about the families who live in the homes. They are strict when it comes to paying rent on time but this has never been an issue for us. We love the fact that the office staff actually knows us when we call which makes us feel valued. Their customer service is always great. We haven’t had to deal with many maintenance issues but the few times we had, they were on top of it! Overall I can say this has been the best management company we’ve dealt with as renters. We plan on being here until we can buy. We give Expert Property Management 5 stars. Thank you all so much
