I have to say the year we lived under this property management group was great! Very responsive, and quick to address any issues or work orders. Lacey was always super professional and on top of her work, and Anthony was always great with repairs and ensuring we were taken care of. It seems like the only people posting bad reviews are the ones who agree to contracts and are upset when theyre penalized for breaking them.

I really love them , So far I have had the best experience renting through this company. Every problem or issue that i have had has been done quickly without any problem. They are quick to repair items and respond to concerns! Andrea is the sweetest and always follows me up and she always listing! I have resided in a property managed by Executive Property Management for 3 years. I have been treated with the utmost respect, affordable housing for my daughter and I, any maintenance requests were fulfilled completely and in a timely manner. The staff is excellent. I reside in a duplex with a nice yard for my yorkie to run around in. I highly recommend Executive Property Managment!

As a military family we bounced from place to place leading us to entrust our 12 acre property and home with a property manager. Nancy and her team Michelle, Andrea and of course Anthony, EPMs maintenance guy, give outstanding services.Each time we had new tenants we knew we could trust a smooth process. On our return the home was ready to be moved in and cleaned to our standards as if had not even been lived in.We cannot say enough about EPM. Nancy Carothers and her team at Executive Property Management are fantastic! She, and her team, took care of my house for over 10 years and then help us sell it. The rental of our house was always easy and everything was always promptly cared for. Nancy is always professional and gives her heart to her clients. When we sold the house, Nancys expertise and connections were vital to a quick and effective sell. She was always reachable and well informed. I was truly blessed to have her care for me and oversee my property.

Used executive for more than a decade.Professional, easy to understand statements. Pictures constantly. Full updates any time I asked for them, advance notice of office hours. Nancy is quick to respond, with accurate information, and only has the most professional staff working for her.No Games!!Absolute pleasure having done business with this company since 2010.Excellent also in facilitating the sale of the home when we were ready.One stop shop for owners who are relocating, and want to turn their property into rentals.

EPM has been absolutely amazing. They are very honest, trustworthy individuals and truly care about each customer. They also take very good care of each home and make sure that your move-in is as stress-free and quick as possible. They are very thorough with each move-in and help in any way that they can. We are very blessed to have found such a great company and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is in need of a rental home.Within the first two months that we have rented through EPM, we had a bad storm come through and it ruined a few appliances in the home. Kara, our Property Manager, contacted the owners right away, then contacted the insurance and started to piece everything together to get it all fixed and situated. She has kept in contact with us through it all and has been very honest about what has needed to be done. We are very lucky to have such an awesome rental company and it has made living in this home very enjoyable.

This is my first time renting and I can say that I am very glad it was through this company. Everything has gone by smoothly and I was given step by step instructions for getting everything prepared to move in, which made it so much easier for me because it is my first time renting. The apartments all were very nice and clean inside, the pricing is also very good for this nice apartment.

My wife is a property owner in Copperas Cove and we have had Executive Property Management handling her two residential properties for over 13 years. They have done an excellent job for us as owners, going to great effort at one point when professional squatters tried to muscle in own us. Their current maintenance supervisor is the best that I have ever been around. He doors his job with excellence in serving us as owners and yet taking care of his employers interests as well.

This is a fantastic company that I have been doing business with since 1999 first as a tenant and later as an owner. My tenant experience was great especially since it was my first experience renting and I was a brand new soldier. The house was great and Nancy and her staff were always responsive to any issues and always asked what they could do to help. Later, when I came back to FT Hood and bought a house, I put it into property management with EPM for four years when I PCSd. I did look at other companies but I was always left with the impression they were in it for a quick buck. Nancy plays it by the book and takes care of folks. I always, always, always had timely feedback and monthly contact about my property. When I moved back in it was like I had never been away. Everything was still in the same shape I left it in. I have total confidence in Nancy and the crew at EPM! No matter what side of the coin you are on as a tenant or owner and are in the military stick with EPM, they will work with you and understand what you go through in the military.

Very helpful and caring company. Moving in so far has been the smoothest and easiest experience I have had as far as paperwork and knowing what to expect. They call to make sure everything is going smoothly and make sure you know as much necessary information as possible. I also love the app and being able to handle most issues online.

So the staff here at epm treated me like a little brother from the very first time i walked in. The group of ladies here are firm on their rules but are very understanding and they are good at what they do. What people in the feed below need to realize is these ladies have a job to do and you cant blame them for having to uphold the standards of living that you signed up for. With all that being said i give em a 5 out of 5. I wasnt the best tenate in the world but they never left me out to dry. Id rent from em again.
