Ive known Marcus for about 5 years . No we havent always seen eye to eye yet those are the people you learn things from . One must consider regarding many of his properties he is not the owner . It is impossible for him to care more than the owner . He is as diplomatic as he can be yet we all have our limits . He has my respect for doing the best he can , after all he only has 2 hands .I do not mistake his kindness for weakness .I hope Ms . Stephanie stays on with him for a long time , her empathy is uncommon in the world today and that makes her character admirable .They are both good people , the kind of people anyone would be better for knowing :-)Im glad I met them .- Charlie Patterson

Super easy people to work with. Kind and relatable. Had a small issue shortly after move in and it was promptly attended to. So far, quite happy with my experience leasing from them. Stephanie and Marcus have both been great!

I read the bad reviews, I dont know what those people are on about? Marcus Young was upfront, honest. ( If he didnt know an answer he told me he didnt know! I respect that. ) I have been a tenet now going on a month, had no issues, I even text him during the weekends when hes off of work, yet he still replies. I must say only time will tell. But judging from his demeanor, as an actual tenet, I would recommend giving him a try, if nothing else, talk to him. Hope this helps.
