    I recently visited 3801 Eland Dr. Access was easy and the outside grounds were well kept. Although it was recently vacated, the house was beautiful! There were some minor “to-dos” from everyday living, but nothing major that I could see. Tania was a great help during this process!

    We are relocating to Austin coming from 4+ hrs away. The moving process is already stressful as it is, Its overwhelming to organize every aspect of a move and anticipate any snafus that may come up. Its tiring to sift through paperwork, and haul heavy items from one place to another. I gave this a 5 star because during this difficult process, leasing agents have the ultimate power to relief some of this craziness. Tania specially was very attentive and answered all the questions we had over a property we viewed. She kept us updated on any new change and did not make me feel pressured at all.     I have been renting with Metroplex now for 5 years. Have not seen or had any issues with them at all. Every time a issue has been reported they are prompt and send someone out fairly quickly. I usually drop my rent payment off at the office and they post it accordingly. They also send me reminders if the rent payment is close to being due. All in all we have a great business- client relationship.

They found a family with which were pleased. The family took good care of our house. Following the departure of the tenants, we were able to sell the property, to a family that loved it! We appreciate the service provided by Metroplex, during the time of our leasing the house.

    Metroplex Management is the Best! Steve, Suzanne, Alyssa, and Mara all do an outstanding job. They are professional, courteous, kind, prompt, organized, and much more. I have worked with them over the last 6 years. They truly represent landlords and tenants honestly and fairly. Anybody that has a problem working with them is not working on the up and up. I like the fact that they operate in a fair manner, and they have systems and documentation in place to prove it day in and day out. If you are leasing or renting I highly recommend you work with these guys.

Any time I had any concerns or issues they were accessible, helpful, and willing to work with me to make sure I was a satisfied customer and tenant.     I’ve been a resident with them since I relocated to Fort Worth and it has been an amazing experience! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! They also stay on top of work orders to make sure the vendors come out to repair whatever needs to be fixed in a timely manner!     I am responding to Brad Willis who left a 1 star review below for Metroplex that manages my only rental property for me. Mr. Willis was my first tenant and rented my property which was updated and entirely repainted prior to them moving into my house. Unfortunately they damaged the walls with holes, scuffs, unacceptable DIY repair attempts, etc. I have before and after pictures to prove the damage they caused, thus requiring $2000 in repairs in order to get the property ready for the next tenant.I have been very happy with Metroplex Management because they use good maintenance contractors that charge a fair price and do quick work if/when repairs are needed. All of which gets invoiced and put on the year end 1099 form to make filing taxes a breeze. And best of all they deal with the Karens of the world like my first tenant, so that I dont have to and that brings me a whole lot of peace of mind!

    I have used Metroplex Management for the last several years to manage my property in Fort Worth. The professionalism and knowledge of Steve and Suzanne (and the whole office) was a relief to find. Being an out of state owner, I was looking for someone who would do things right to help me protect my investment. From managing finding quality renters, rent collection, maintenance and repairs, up to and including the recent sale of my property, they have been a pleasure to work with. They have been very responsive and, although I realize that it helps to have a good property owner as well, I have had no concern go unaddressed. I would happily choose to rent another property throught this management company - they do a great job!

    Great job managing properties for me over the last 10 years. Made having 2 rent homes an easy process. A broken water heater always seems to happen on a Friday afternoon as I am trying to leave town. Having Metroplex handle this type of call has made owning rent property much easier. They put a renter in one of my properties that has been there for 10 years! Easy! I would recommend Metroplex Management.
