Excellent realtor from start to finish. Evelyn went above and beyond, from outside landscaping to inside staging, helping us get our house ready to sell. For updates or projects we couldn’t tackle ourselves, Evelyn recommended some great contractors. Evelyn helped us navigate selling our home. She was professional and genuine. Without her we would have been lost and seriously undervalued our house! She was available when we needed her, responded clearly to our questions, walked us through paperwork, and never made us feel like we had a stupid question. We had to close virtually because we’d already moved and the title company made a mistake in the paperwork. She was on it to get that corrected quickly and advocated for our needs. You would be hard-pressed to find a better realtor!
