Our experience at Era was great. Lilys greeting was very genuine, warm and friendly. The property is lovely, inviting, clean, and quiet. There are great security features and the property is small. It didnt take long for us to decide this will be a great place to live. Lily was very patient and helpful as we completed the online application. We were torn between Era and their sister property Epoch ( which we viewed prior). The professionalism, sincerity and kindness from Lily was the deciding factor for us. 🙂 -

Ive lived in my apartment for a month now, and I have to say this is the best apartment Ive had yet! Nice, affordable, with all the necessary amenities. Management team here is great. Lily, Hannah, Kenna, Nicole - are all wonderful! They will always help you in any way they can. Hopefully they stay together as a team for years to come.Even though these apartments are close to the highway, the insolation is very good so you barely even hear anything from the outside.Highly recommend. -

This five-star review goes out to Kenna! She was an amazing leasing agent who had all of the information we needed on our tour. Very hospitable!Community overall is beautiful, but the finishes in the units are not our fancy, and the waitlist seems like a hindrance. Unfortunately, the dates dont align with the end of our current lease, and there’s the chance you don’t get a unit after paying to apply. -

I’ve lived here around 5 months, and can definitely recommend Era. The apartments are gorgeous and the closets are huge. Appliances are way above the quality you typically see in apartment living. The internet is reliable and has excellent speed (I’ve had 2 outages and typically pull 400mpbs minimum for speed). Have had zero issues with package delivery thanks to the onsite Amazon Hub. The pool and courtyard area are STUNNING. Maintenance response time is very quick, as is the Courtesy Officer. Hands down though, the best thing here is the office staff. Nicole (the manager) has really put together an awesome team of talented and friendly agents. They definitely do everything they can to help and ensure the quality of life here at Era.In terms on cons, they are few. I do think the pet fee is pretty excessive and it being non-refundable feels a bit out of touch with most other apartment pet leases. Additionally, the first floor apartments get zero cell service (from AT&T). This means you have to rely on WiFi calling, and if the WiFi cuts off, you can’t make any calls or texts. Leaves you feeling kind of trapped. Fortunately, the WiFi is very reliable so it isn’t a common worry. -

Wow! Nicole and the Era team are truly exceptional. They go above and beyond, leading with such excellence and patience. I really appreciate their immense efforts to make the move-in process all the better. I’ve also found the maintenance crew to be really on top of it. The complex is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located! A BIG thank you to the Era team! -

It’s bougee yall. I put that on my soul. Literally showed up and was about to ask if they had room service (they don’t)😭🙏. The residents keep the ruckus down. Built in Amazon locker so you don’t need to worry about packages being stolen. Nice gym and can hit all the muscles and cardio. Drive up parking garage to your floor and elevators. Place is new and clean with staff that maintains the grounds. 300mbps-500mbps download speed with Ethernet and the color scheme isn’t green 👀 -

Lily Ramirez, Hannah, and the rest of the leasing team were a true Godsend for us. After the original location we selected for our son to live while in college fell to sanitary livable conditions, we were in a time crunch to find somewhere else with less than 48 hours. The team at Era took care of us immediately and despite having technical issues, were able to have everything taken care of so we could move our son in before we had to drive home. They were professional, kind, and so incredibly helpful during a most stressful and traumatic weekend. We cannot thank them enough for their assistance. The complex and the units are clean and beautiful and maintenance is quick to respond. -

I recently moved into Era Denton apartments & this is easily my favorite complex since I first came to tour the place. Staff is amazing here & I want to thank Lily R. She has been the greatest help since the get go! I had a couple of maintenance problems my first day of moving in and they came to fix it first thing in the morning. The team is very dedicated & well trained! I recommend this place to everybody. -

Just moved my dad there to be closer to us and my mother’s memory care facility. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They have been absolutely excellent at their jobs. It is a very safe and welcoming atmosphere and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place near campus. -

I went to look at several apartments around Denton today for my son who is a UNT student. Era was by far the nicest property and had the best move-in specials. All the other properties have $100+ a month in added fees for trash, pest control, water/sewer, etc., but Era doesn’t charge those fees which was a huge plus. Kenna, Era leasing agent, was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job showing me the property and all its amazing amenities. I was very impressed! -
