Lived there for 4 years, no issues,very convenient location.. our realtor Elena is very responsive and always helpful. anytime we needed maintenance, they come within 24 hours , never had to stay with anything broken (ac/sink..etc)because they come fix it very fast. Small laundry room but always available since it’s a small complex (2800 swisher st) .

Elena Vasquez was extemely attentative. We were able to find what we were looking for and the approval process took about 24 hours.I read through the other reviews (which are pretty bad). Im a business owner myself and the two bad reviews I have are with people that were a nightmare to work with despite our absolute best efforts and going above and beyond. Sometimes you just cant please people. They just want to be petty and hurt your image.Done trust these one star reviews. They are rarely based on actual events but rather just an attempt to spread lies and generalities.

This is the first review I have ever written, but EQ doesnt deserve the one star review it has. They have always been good about answering my calls, fixing any problems I have and being clear about what they need from me. I didnt give them a five because they dont change the air filters for us.
