Epoch is truly an exceptional place to live. The property is well maintained and offers a wide range of facilities, including a pool, gym, resident cafe, study room, and media room, all of which I enjoy immensely. I love living here so much that I decided to renew my lease.The community hosts monthly events that I love attending with my friends. Additionally, raising a maintenance request is incredibly straightforward, and any issues are usually resolved within 24 hours. The management team is fantastic and always responds promptly to any queries, especially Cheyenne and Angelo, who are particularly helpful.

Luxury Apartments at its finest. Amazing staff with that utilize effective communication skills. The staff go beyond 100% to ensure that the residents are happy. Gym equipment works and connects to Apple Watches. Self serve fancy keurig downstairs. Fast internet. Maintenance will change your air filters and respond to any problems promptly. The unit itself has zero issues. The price is reasonable for being so close to the school and the shops below. Did I mention that most amenities are available 24/7!

I have been living here since 2 years and never had had any feeling of staying away from home. I made many friends with lots of memories.The leasing staff here is very collaborative and friendly making things easier for tenant that includes all the amenities and their response time. If anyone is looking for an apartment i feel like this is the best place for a student to accommodate.

The best managed complex Ive ever lived at! Service is great, and the amenities are nice. The few small issues Ive had were promptly addressed, complete with follow-up to verify everything is to satisfaction. Good luck finding a nicer place to live around here- its practically a resort. 🏖️🧘‍♀️

Awesome place to live for UNT students! Walking distance from all classes and has great places to eat nearby. Management is very nice and accommodating. Units are clean and the community areas as well. Very safe gated community. I love Epoch!

The apartments are light, airy, clean, spacious, and modern. The in unit dishwasher, washer, and dryer make life infinitely easier. I love sitting on the patio or poolside and reading, and the pool is a life saver in this heat, plus we were able to grill burgers! The gym is decked out with a bunch of machines to choose from. There are trash chutes on every floor so I dont have to go all the way outside to throw it out, and there are doggie bag trash cans that provide baggies. The elevators are so helpful when you have groceries too. The lobby has a bunch of places to study if sitting at your desk is starting to bore you, and they have vending machines down there for snacks. It feels very secure, every door is locked and gated. Its so close to campus, so its a quick walk to class. Theres a few places to eat attached to the complex is, so if you dont want to drive to get food, you have easy options. Where do I start? First the community manager Ashleigh Jackson is by far the most personable and approachable person ever. Then the employees have been helpful when we had trouble logging into the app/login page. Don’t waste your time going to any other apartment complex. This place is safe and less than a 5 minute walk to campus.

The apartments are like heaven, I have been living since fall 2021 and I had an amazing experience right from staff escepiciall from Kelsee, Mikayla, Ashleys, and Regan they were the best leasing officers. Coming towards the service and repairs are done within 24 hrs and the wifi is excellent. One of the best reason is security because it is safe and never face any problem.If you want to stay in heaven then EPOCH ON EAGLE is the right choice.

Been living here since august and I absolutely love it. I’ve lived in 3 different apartment complexes throughout denton, and this facility surpasses all others by a mile. The management is super helpful and receptive to and questions, and the staff is absolutely amazing. I can’t think of a time since moving here i haven’t run into a staff member cleaning, power washing, or doing landscaping work through my day. I would and do 100% recommend moving here if you have the chance!

I’ve lived at Epoch for about 6 months in a studio and absolutely love it here. I resigned for next year too! Very clean thanks to a great staff who is always very nice! It’s awesome to be here if you go to UNT so you can walk to all your classes and not deal with finding parking. Overall I have only had good experiences; I definitely recommend!

I have lived here since 2022 after watching the apartments get built since 2020. I have never had a single issue in this apartment with my neighbors, amenities, or sound. The staff is beyond welcoming and helpful and are always on top of maintenance issues. The only time there are minor issues, they are few and far in-between.

Wonderful living area that cares about the satisfaction of their residents. They include many amenities and host social events for residents to socialize. I find the garage parking highly convenient in cases of harsh weather conditions as well.

I have really enjoyed living here since the building opened in 2021! The community areas are always so clean and the location is perfect for UNT students. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to any issue you may have. I feel very lucky to have found such a great place for my first college apartment!

Its a beautiful building with updated units. The gym and pool are great as well, and I use them often. In fact, I find the building gym sufficient so that I dont need to go to any other gym.There are some problems with the building as well. The door that leads to the parking lot and the gate to exit the building are very loud. When someone goes through the gate, I can hear it slamming while sitting in my living room. Its quite loud and disruptive, and occurs all day long. Also, there is a lot of dog feces on the grass by the building. Tenants do not pick up after their dog. I have my own dog, and she even refuses to go on the grass because there is so much feces there. I wish the building manager would do something to enforce more strict rules about tenants picking up after their dogs.

The entire facility is extremely well maintained, its close to campus and over the two years the office staff has gone over the top to assist us in many different ways. I would absolutely recommend this very safe apartment without a doubt!!! It is luxury especially compared to other places that he has lived near campus. This staff cares!!!

The building is very secure and has many great opportunities to have extracurricular fun (gym, swimming pool). They also have giveaways and holiday prize games that residents can play and win some really cool gifts. Something that is annoying really regards the residents. Some of them leave their animal fecal matter scattered around the grounds and sometimes in the halls. It hasn’t happened in a while, however, it seemed to last a long period of time before it ceased. Other than that, it’s a great walking distance from the UNT campus, and there is a great coffee shop and restaurant connected to the building.

I have lived here for just a few months and I absolutely love it! The apartment(s) are so beautiful and was so clean when I first moved in! It is a little pricy but totally worth it. The parking garage is a great add on as we have had some bad weather, the appliances are nice and there is so much storage inside the apartment(s). I currently live in a in a one bedroom/one bath and it is so nice. The rooms are spacious and I have a beautiful view of the sunset every night! It is right across campus and just a short walk to a great Chinese restaurant! Target, Walmart and so many other great places to eat are also just down the road, Epoch On Eagle Apartments is in a perfect place!The only thing I have had trouble with is my door locking all the way, which I fixed easily and my very noisy neighbor who has a party every other night; but the rest of the people living on my floor are kind people!Other than those two things, this place is amazing!! The staff downstairs are so kind and helpful, and the maintenance people are awesome at what they do. The building itself is beautiful and the hallways are kept clean as well! I would love to live here after I graduate! I recommend living here- if I could give more than five stars I would.

My girlfriend and I have been wanting to live here since they first originally opened. The apartment is a fantastic space with all new appliances and beautiful floors. The space also has more than enough room for both of us in the A.14. The parking enclosure has a huge gate and plenty of space for parking. Best of all, the front office staff was so helpful making this process as easy as possible. Specifically Ashleigh and Kelcee answered all my questions and were quick to answer my calls so they could help me out with anything. I was originally trying to move in next year around August, but sadly the A1.4 was full at that time. Luckily, Ashleigh gave us wonderful news and told us that they had one available just with an earlier move in date. This apartment complex is without a doubt the best in the area.

My Experience at Epoch on Eagle.I moved to Epoch on Eagle in July of 2021 and stayed for one year. Let me start by saying the brochure pictures did not give it the justice it deserves. These apartments are brand new, beautiful, and clean inside and out. Feels like a new house with the modern finishes and upscale appliances. Happily surprised. Office staff, Maintenance staff, and Security are all professional and on point. Love that about this place. Pool area is absolutely gorgeous. Easily accessible parking garage with plenty of parking spaces, a security gate, and well lit at night. It is also so wonderful to have the Epoch on Eagle Hub for package deliveries, as well as a clean and bright mailroom that is right next to the lobby lounge area, were you can get your favorite coffee. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The only reason I am moving is to be closer to my job. I will truly miss this place and the wonderful caring staff ❤. Thank you to the entire Epoch on Eagle Staff for making my stay here so relaxing, easy, and pleasant. Much Appreciation to you.

Very accommodating from the standpoint my original move-in slot was 11am, and I called same day and they allowed me to change my move-in time to 9am. Theyve also followed up with me more than 1-week after moving in to see how things were going. I LOVE my new residence; glad I made the move and wish Id done so earlier.

The absolute best way to get the most out of you’re stay here is to get to know the staff. Everyone I’ve meet is the best. They give really great service and can really help you out when you are in need. The appliances and lighting decor is the best too. I toured here a while back with a friend; just looking for future reference. Absolutely wonderful experience. The decor is super cute, and very social media friendly (great for background if you catch yourself on a Zoom meeting). Kelsey showed us around, and introduced us to any staff members we ran into. I really appreciate that - it feels so communal! The tour felt very comfortable, but still got all the necessary information across. An absolute gem so close to campus! Definitely have kept Epoch in mind for the future!

Its a lot bigger and more spacious than I had expected, which is awesome. I love how its just across from UNTs campus. Staff was super patient and polite during the application process. They answered any questions and concerns I had with no problem. Move in process was easy and fast.

If I had the option to live here even longer I would unfortunately it’s only for my senior year here at UNT but the apartments are so beautiful and nice. My partner and I moved here last month, and it’s truly the best. I’ve stayed in many Denton apartments, and Epoch is FAR above the rest. I love the trash chutes and elevators that make third floor living easy, the access to an iced coffee machine in the daytime and 24 hour keurig/community kitchen downstairs with a CONVERSATION PIT (!!!) and two media rooms downstairs with big TVs. Our mail room is inside the building, complete with an Amazon hub. The fitness center is amazing, with a bike, punching bag, weights, and several more pieces of fitness equipment. There’s a huge, beautiful pool, and it’s RIGHT across the street from campus. It’s extremely safe, and there’s an entire parking garage, so I can park right up on my floor. Our apartment is absolutely perfect; everything is brand new, the tub/shower is huge, and there is SO much kitchen storage. The included washer/dryer really sold us, and they are truly great. The soundproofing is amazing, and this place already feels like home. Big thank you to Reagan for being so awesome from our tour to our move-in day, and to her, Kelcee, and Micayla for continuing to help us out with anything we need. The entire staff here is truly the best, and the clean, beautiful apartments and amenities make this the best place to live around here!

Highly recommend this apartment! For a studio floor plan, its really spacious and you get tons of storage spaces. If you want security and walking distance to UNT, Epoch is a great place for you. Apartment staff are really professional and nice, especially Kelcee and the maintenance people. Kelcee has been helpful through out the leasing and moving in process. She was easy to work with and helps you whenever you need it. Overall, I have a great experience with Epoch.

This brand new luxury apartment complex will give you the feeling that you live at a boutique hotel and not your new apartment.They thought of everything at Epoch. Nice floor plans. Quartz countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel kitchen appliances, high speed internet. It’s all new. You don’t get a key, you get a key fob to use for your door and to access certain areas of the building.The pool area is nice. Oh my goodness, it’s like you’re living at a resort. There’s ample seating, a fire pit, and a grill. They even have charging stations outside.If you’re into fitness, you’ll love their fitness center. One of the amenities is membership to a Peloton-style bike.There’s a self contained mail room with an Amazon hub. A media center. Community style kitchen. A meeting room. It’s all too much to take in.Now keep in mind that this isn’t just student living. Young professionals, newlyweds, single adults, and even seniors can live at Epoch. You’ll want company to come by your new apartment.The staff I’ve met are friendly and attentive. I appreciate good customer service, and they will exceed your expectations.So if you’re looking to find a new apartment complex, make a stop at the Epoch. I moved into this place in August and I am new to united states and I dont know how the leasing process works and I approached kelcee and she made it so easy for me that I just filled the application and signed the lease and moved in on the very next day after the tour she gave me and also she made it very easy for me to transfer my lease to a different unit that i had to move into. There are lot of incidents where she provided her help and also there is not a single day that she didnt greet me or any other residents. She remembers all the resident names and she address them with their names every time when resident approach her for any requests or help.

Epoch on Eagle is top class. When searching for an apartment for my son at college Epoch on Eagle responded to my calls. Kelcee was thorough at going over all details and hasnt left one thing unturned. Epoch on Eagle is beautiful, secure parking and close to campus. I highly recommend Epoch on Eagle if you are looking for a place to live.

Just want to give a huge shoutout to Kelcee for going above and beyond when I needed some assistance due to a car issue. Kelcee showed exceptional customer service with her caring attitude and empathy. Not only did she stay there to resolve the issue but also followed up to make sure everything was take care of. This is by far the best student apartments here in Denton. Kelcee and Micayla makes the experience that much pleasant with their attitude.
