Chris came and did an outstanding job. He took his time and cleaned the outside unit and made sure every vent in the house was blowing at a certain number. He talk us through everything he was doing and he was exceptionally professional and kind. I would recommend him to anyone. And my house is now cool. Has not been hot since he fixed it. Our lease was transferred to EPOC recently. I was relieved that when I called this property management someone answered the phone right away. The gentleman I spoke with, Cesar, was incredibly kind. He spoke in Spanish which was great for my family. He was able to address my request with a sense of urgency and compassion. He was professional and knowledgeable. I felt a huge sense of relief getting support from Cesar vs our previous Prop. Mgmt team who were impossible to reach and only communicated with us via text.

My husband & I have a business in the town we live in called A R D Home Services LLC in Runaway Bay Tx. We are general contractors or as I call us your one stop shop for all your homes needs. Christian Vazquez from EPOC found us on YELP as they were trying to find a vendor to service Wichita Falls. We weren’t sure what to expect when we first signed on & I had a lot of questions about the portal & work orders. Well let me tell you Mr. Vazquez is on it. He’s fast, thorough, helpful & business oriented. He makes sure we have plenty work orders & if I need him even on the weekend he will answer the phone without hesitation. So far it has been a pleasure working with EPOC & I feel content knowing I can always count on Christian to be there for my many questions & be my voice to the higher ups escalating for me on the inside to help homeowners get these repairs done. Excellent support from this Property Management Group who took over during early 2023. Night and Day difference compared to prior group who had us as clients. Old group was very poor in follow-up and no concern about property and its structural issues and our related issues. The EPOC group, specifically Nathalie M.and also Britton G. were immediately concerned and available for phone calls and prompt emails on our maintenance needs or payment questions. Both contacts for us are very friendly and customer driven. Highly recommend this group. They will help you find the right property in the Winston-Salem area and have your well being in mind.

I am a tenant with EPOC currently. Words cannot express what an absolute pleasure it has been to have Cesar Pineda as the case worker over me.His professionalism and eagerness to solve any issue is something I honestly have not encountered from a rental property while being a renter.When I say that this man has gone above and beyond, I mean it. There are a few other wonderful people here (Paige is another), but Cesar truly stands out.I truly hope the company realizes what an asset Cesar is and that he is being compensated at the rate that he deserves; because he deserves a raise regardless of what he makes simply due to him taking care of the tenants even in moments of great stress. It’s not common for someone to be so caring, compassionate, and swift to solve issues.I wrote this review in hopes they truly know what a gem they have. It’s not common for a rental property to have someone like him working there. It really isn’t.I hope more people highlight how wonderful he is because he truly deserves the recognition.

We have been at this location for over a year and we are very happy with the property management team. Heli, the maintenance supervisor is fantastic. He responds really quickly and follows up to make sure everything has been properly taken care of. The vendor who came to do some repairs was excellent. He was friendly and did a great job. Two thumbs up!!

My experience has been good. The house seems a bit pricey for its condition. Owners wont install screens for the Windows that were Screen less when I moved in. I cant open windows to recieve fresh air in the summer. I have a bedroom window painted shut and was told (by maintenance) to use a knife, however I chose to not do so in fear of breaking window. Basement has no electricity to see breaker box or Air unit (which is way out of date). Terrible Mosquito infection I have not been able to resolve on my own. The condition is not bad enough to overlook the comfort of the home, nor the convenient location (which is in a poor area, with High crime yet close to everything )Outside of the condition of the Home,(which is fault of the owners) Property Management has been great and I do appreciate the convenience of having property management. Service are rendered upon request, its just the venders used are low quality maintenance providing bare minimum service. I must say, my property management Representative is awesome!!! Cesar Penida I, Resident Service Associate, has been the best management representative I have ever encountered. Very professional and patient, adding care and concern while attending to our need at in the best possible way allowed. I am grateful to have this particular TOP NOTCH Associate who is Excellent with customer care and is the reason I have given 5 stars to this management company.

I’m happy to have my AC fixed!!! The vendor took a lil long after the acknowledgment of my problem. So I got a little well done lol but when the vendor showed up, he was excellent he came in a problem. Got it fixed then set for 30 minutes to make sure that it was right and then clean My AC unit so I have no complaints. Thank you Darrell Poindexter.

My husband and I are currently new tenants renting a home through EPOC Property Management. We didnt expect to have to call or schedule a maintenance appointment so soon after moving in, but we did, and I have to brag on EPOC Property Management for the way our emergency was handled. I had to contact them late, and many hours after their normal closing hours. After accessing the portal and reporting our emergency, I immediately received a text from Paige. To say she went ABOVE & BEYOND with assisting me, is an understatement. She showed compassion concerning our emergency, provided me with the name and the time the technician would be at our home first thing the following morning. She followed up with me the next day, letting me know the status of the technician, and also let me know that our issue had been resolved. She told me not to hesitate to reach out with any issues we might have and shared a little joke with me at the end of our text!!Who knew a maintenance emergency could be so pleasant!THANK YOU for BEING YOU, PAIGE!!YOU ROCK!!

Originally, I gave them a 1-star rating due to miscommunication, but Natalie reached out to try and make the situation right. There are still small issues with communication, mainly not being able to reach anyone during business hours, but being as though they operate from Texas probably complicates things. The apartment wasnt in tip-top shape, but hopefully, that can be fixed with a maintenance request. I like the property and the area it is located in. Its very well-lit, decent/quiet neighbors, nice upgrades & new appliances. Well see how the rest of the lease goes. Gave them only 4 stars to see how long the maintenance requests take.
