    Kim and the Emerson Property Mngt team are incredible. My fridge went out unexpectedly and Kim got on it quickly. She went above and beyond to not only have it replaced, but also made sure that I wasn’t charged for this. Her along with, Sam, who came and replaced the unit, are a fantastic team.     Awesome Company.At first I was skeptical about how their Melds work. After having an interaction with Emerson Property they take the needs of their TENANTS above and beyond. Their response time is handled in a timely manner( less than 24hrs). Emerson also follows up with their TENANTS as soon as the repairs are done. I would recommend Emerson and their Vendors to anyone.

    Working with Liz for tenant clients of mine was a positive experience. Initially, general management office was hard to get ahold of, but when I texted Liz, she was responsive. Acutraq system worked quickly to help get my tenants in within 3 business days. She was also super responsive to emails and system for paperwork was easy.

    Margo was my property manager when she worked at Mynd and I followed her when she moved to Emerson Property Management. Mynd was a large company that one could easily get lost as a customer and Margo was a rare gem at the company.Working with a smaller owner focused company is always better. The owner is helpful and engaged with his customers as are all of his employees. This is the fourth property management company I have worked with to take care of my rentals. I have very happy with them. And Margo is a real treat to work with.

    Emerson property management has been great to work with. When I bought my investment property in Cypress a year ago, I did a lot of research to identify the best property management company in the area. What caught my eye is Cameron’s YouTube channel. I watched every single one of his videos and was impressed with his knowledge of Houston real estate market. I knew my house would be in good hands with Cameron and his staff. It took them less than 10 days to get the property ready and rented. Liz kept me updated on the process every step of the way. My current property manager is Kim. It helps that Cam started as a multiple property owner and understands what is required for an owners piece of mind. Margo and her team work hard to service their owners and tenants in an everchanging market. Her position as President of the association keeps her well informed of all emerging trends thereby helping us all. I am happy with the care my properties receive and will continue to utilize their services.

    A management company is nothing without its Property Managers, who they choose to hire. If this is true, Emerson is an excellent company for managing your property.Kim Cordero has gone way above and beyond what she has to do for me and my property.     I had a two year living experience with Emerson Property and I enjoyed my experience here. Fast and good maintenance service even though very little was needed. Beautiful, peaceful, and quiet unit. Great neighbors, wonderful professionalism and customer service from the property management and their team. During floods, freezes, and hot weather they always contacted me to make sure that everything was OK and to give me tips on how to make sure I didn’t experience any type of damages while I was there. I can truly say they care about their tenants. I am so glad I gave this unit a chance. If I was not becoming a homeowner I would not have moved anytime soon.
