Iβve had no problem at all! We deep cleaned, bug bombed, & polished everything before & after living here (as I do with all my apts). Itβs obvious you have to be clean & sanitary to prevent pests. I lived here for 1 yr & never saw any bugs or had any issues at all with the community. Maintenance came 1 day after I reported any minor issues & neighbors kept to themselves & were friendly on Rosemary Ave! They refunded 99% of deposit: I kept up with apt, polished cabinets, deep cleaned it often, & left absolutely no damages. -
