This has been my only rental place since I’ve been in El Paso and they have been great. Anytime I needed a maintenance request even after hours the next morning of the office opening I would get a call or email back with the scheduled repair man. They were so quick to fix any issues and always answer any questions. Their rental app to submit a maintenance request was so easy to use. I never had an issue using it. All of the staff there is very friendly and even when you have questions, they have no issue answering them.

His customer service is excellent, and he always goes above and beyond to be helpful, attentive to customer’s needs, and follow up after work orders have been completed. I have dealt with other reps from the company, but nobody treats the customers better than him. He cares and it shows through his attentiveness to issues, minor or major. Honestly he is my go to person if there is an issue, because the other representative I have spoken to doesn’t seem to care or want to be there as an employee. So I recommend asking for him!

As winter approaching they conducted seasonal change for my AC/Heater unit, they schedule a appointment around my work schedule, HVAC tech came on time, did changes with no issues, he did his check after to make sure everything is functional and also took time to give me pointers on the filter change recommendations that can help prevent damage and improve air quality. Nadia has been a great Property Manager and I cannot remember the name of the other lady I worked with to move in but very satisfied. Nadia has assisted me with a few maintenance requests and the maintenance personnel are knowledgeable and arrived on time. The only negative is with the actual owner of the property that I rented. El Paso Rentals scheduled some routine maintenance but the owner cancelled because he didnt want to pay for. There isnt anything a property management company can do in this instance.I like that the property managers use texts to reach out a lot. Texts are less intrusive than phone calls so that is a plus. I would definitely rent a property managed by this company again as long as the staff maintains the current high level of service.

BY FAR THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP YOU CAN GET INVOLVED WITH. They take forever to handle maintenance requests and constantly have pop ins that make it feel like they’re constantly hovering over you. You will never feel at home. They care more about their landowners than any tenant they will ever have. Also careful you will be screwed over when leaving, say goodbye to your security deposit, they’ll want you to wash rugs, repaint, etc., leaving it in better condition than you ever received it.
