I have had a lot of property management companies in the past, and this is the most professional one I have ever had by far. When there was an issue with the plumbing, we had plumbers out there within a couple of hours. Clear communication, respectful of clients and proactive for landlords. Move-out was a breeze with lots of clear instructions on what is expected of you. You will not find a better company out there to either rent from or list your rental with.

Absolutely the best property management company you will ever work with.My experience with Edwards Property Management can only be described as world class.Warren is first-class and very helpful. He treats his tenants with respect. (What a novel concept huh?)While I do hope when I move back to Texas I can buy from Edwards Real Estate (hopefully with Warren as my agent!) , I would not hesitate for one second to rent from them again.

I just rented a property through EMP and realized that one of the window units in my babies bedroom did not have a heater. I was worried because of the cold weather we are expecting at the end of the week so I sent in a work order. Within the day there was a technician out at my house inspecting it, and while window units are on back order they went the extra mile by delivering and installing a temporary unit so that we stay warm. Thank you EMP!

I am just a small business here in New Braunfels and for that reason some other companies snubbed me in town.. I found that Edwards Property Management treats people with respect. I have been with them for 4 months now and so far we have enjoyed our decision to lease from them!
