My husband and I rented from Eagle Management for 2 years, and we had a wonderful experience. They are extremely professional and thorough throughout our entire tenancy. They were great about routine maintenance checks and responding in a timely manor to service requests.We ended our tenancy when we bought our home, and received our deposit via mail shortly after returning the keys.We have referred friends and family to Eagle Management, and we would rent from them again if needed.

Great place to rent from!! In my opinion, you get what you pay for. My husband and I looked at cheaper places in Marshall, but none felt as safe and well kept as the house that we ended up renting from Eagle Management. We have lived there for 1.5 years, and we have always had our service requests fixed within a reasonable time. Some repairs were even fixed that day! Others, like ordering a new fridge, took less than a week.

Some of the best upkeep, safety, and attention to detail Ive seen with property management companies and/or rental properties. I read the following two reviews and feel inclined to comment. 1) Im certain prices vary depending on units, location, etc. 2) Time for repairs mentioned in prior review: we all know circumstances vary depending on the situation, however, as a contractor 2 weeks response time to repair time on a sub-floor and shower replacement isnt unreasonable if it did take that long. Weve all seen apartments with bad sub floors and showers that were NEVER repaired. Again the upkeep, attention to detail, and ethical standards Ive seen from Eagle Management exceed those of the area warranting a 5 star review!!!

My wife &I rent from eagle management we recently had a issue with our home on a Sunday ugh..We called the eagle management emergency # left a message.They responded very quickly & handled the problem. We would like to thank you for all your help
