    My experience with Double H Property management has been great! They have great communication and have helped move my family into a great house with great neighbors!     Just leased a house from them. They were very helpful despite the 1,001 questions I had. Very prompt in returning my calls and emails and are overall very easy to work with. Previously, dealing with other companies, they would drag their feet processing an application. Double H had an answer for me within like 2 days. A week later Im moving in. Thats the service I love.

    My family and I, have lived in our rental home for 5 years. Anytime we’ve had an issue, I always call Double H. No hold time, to speak with staff. Everybody is very friendly and eager to fulfill our needs. The office is so warm and inviting. The decor is so beautiful. It’s like you’re in a Home Collection magazine!!! During late hours, there is even an emergency hotline. All tenants are treated with kind, respect and courtesy. I was introduced to the Resident Center app 2 years ago by Ms. Deborah Hanna. Saves me so much time, on paying rent and also submitting a work order. The Contractors that are hired are extremely friendly as well. They always come in, a great attitude, and are extremely informational. If you’re looking for a nice home, with great amenities and over 5 different locations to choose from, rent or own. Then get with a staff member at Double H Properties , they will meet all qualifications you are looking for :)

    I own a A/C Company ConstonAir and we use Double H Properties have been doing business with them for the past 2-3 years and I can honestly say this is one of the best companies to work with because they truely care about they’re renters and it’s never a problem getting a job approved no matter the amount or the problem with the Air Conditioning systems.     I had a wonderful experience renting from Double H Properties! The employees are very personable and the house was in great shape.     I had a wonderful experience. I was put in a situation where my at the time landlord decided to sell her property leaving my little family with less than a month to find a new place. I found the property leased by Double H and the ladies in office were very kind and helpful in assisting through the process. I was approved the same day I applied and able to move in within two days. Their response time is excellent. I am very pleased with their services. I am glad my brother referred me to them and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

    Best experience Ive ever had with a property management company in Beaumont. Work orders were always responded to quickly and we received a fair amount of our deposit back after leaving. I leased from Creel prior to Double H and its a night and day difference. Polite, friendly, organized, and the office staff wont hang up on you here!
