We have been working with Devine property management for the past 2-3 years now. They help manage our mothers property.They are professional and really have the best interest in both renter and homeowners. The WHOLE team is pleasure to work with!Weve worked with Ryan and Arlene who helps process monthly statements. Maria, Adrian and Cassandra are our point of contact when we need attention at the property.They all work as a team and always address any issues at our property promptly and give us cost-effective solutions. After reading some reviews on Yelp I contacted 3 – 4 top property management companies. Devine Property Management called me back right away – it was a weekend! I picked them since they work hard and care about your properties.Their staffs (for example - Karina) were very friendly and helped guide me through all the necessary processes. Their knowledgeable and hardworking marketing team developed an aggressive marketing campaign which quickly filled my vacancy I had. By the way, the photos and Virtual Tour they made for my house are wonderful!Devine Property Management is a great company to do business with. Im really glad I chose them and would highly recommend them to skilled property owners, as well as neophytes like myself.

I have a small condo in Corona and had the opportunity to work with Devine Property Management. I had an incredible experience with Karina in their office. As a real estate broker in Long Beach, I was searching for a company that would provide the best results. Karina recommended repairs to obtain top market rents and to place ideal tenants. I found that their unique virtual tour technology and professional marketing photos are typically only provided for luxury homes and they offered these services for a rental property, which is shows their unwaivering commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend utilizing Devine Property Management due to the personal aproach to their clients and their expertise with technology!

Jeremy was great to work with. He always had my best interest in mind. He made sure I got the most for my home when I sold it and made sure I knew everything about a property I was interested before buying. He has great knowledge about the different areas in southern California. He never steered me wrong. I used him to purchase my first home and I will be using him again to purchase my next home.

I turned to Jeremy to buy my first home this past September. His knowledge of the local markets and his expertise of buying specific property types was extremely valuable. I bought a HUD home which has specific criteria which must be completed within very specific timelines. My husband and I had been looking for a Single-Family home for a few months without any luck. Both of us are only 23 years old and we have an 18 month old baby and we felt like other landlords and companies wouldnt take us seriously or even consider renting to us. Finally one day we came across two listings from Devine Realty which we were able to view without an agent through their self service system, they had a couple bad reviews about this matter but we decided to give it a try anyway. All I had to do was provide a credit card (which isnt charged, its just to be able to get an access code) select a time and date, and VOILA we got a code. This was awesome because we are making the move from Los Angeles to Rialto and do to our job schedules we couldnt just go meet an agent mid-day during the week for a viewing and with were Devines System we were able to access the homes on our own time. We decided to apply for one of the homes we viewed and Maria was spectacular! She was so responsive to all of our questions and she was so easy to get a hold of via email, phone and even text! She was very upfront and told us that there were a couple other applicants interested in the house as well but they needed to submit some additional information. Regardless, we decided to submit an application with every piece of documentation they required. A couple DAYS not WEEKS later Maria informed us we had been approved for the house!! We had a couple hiccups due to our credit score, but Maria went above and beyond to help us and worked something out with the owner and continues to do so to get some little things in the house fixed. I am extremely satisfied with Devine Realty and with our agent Maria. I am so happy they gave us a chance and we are anxiously awaiting the day for us to move in!! Thank You so MUCH!!!
