I’m leaving this 5 star review because of my experience with specific workers. Ryleigh Tucker (sorry if I misspelled her name) has gone through the whole ride of signing me and then helping me get my stuff to move-in all the way through the end. Shes so nice and respectful. She has made my experience a great one and easy with being a first time renter! So definitely recommend working with her if you have a chance. Also Darel from the maintenance team has basically solved anything I needed after moving in from broken outlets to making sure I got a room key. So I’m very appreciative for them both and I don’t know if my renting would have been this pleasant without them!! -

I enjoy living in denton students apartment. It took no longer than 2 weeks to get into a unit that was best fit for me. I want to give a shout out to the maintenance man, Javi. Very nice and respectable man. Amy always works with urgency. -

We spoke with Olivia about renting an apartment for our soon to be college student. She knows so much about apartment living, leasing agreements, pitfalls to watch for, expectations of the renter and explained terms and details in the agreement we were not familiar with. She is amazing, totally helped us understand. This was not our favorite property upon arrival, but soon became so because of Ms.O. Thank You!!! -

She carefully walked me through the process and even showed me professional videos from inside actual apartments that she had taken, which allowed me to get an authentic feel for where I could be living. I’ve had nothing but a great experience working with the leasing agent Olivia. Finding an apartment can be stressful, discouraging and down right frustrating. Olivia straight up rocks, I lived at the quarter about 6 months ago, and when I left she helped me get my wifi stuff turned in even after I moved out!While I lived at the Quarter there were a few management changes, I heard it changed again, wishing the new company the best of luck! -

I cherished my cute apartment and lived there for several years. I was matched with excellent roommates. I LOVED the stained concrete floors and lime green accent walls. This apartment was my sanctuary where I could relax, cook food, and work on homework. I will miss it greatly. The maintenance staff and leasing managers were all great. I cant thank DSA enough for making my first apartment a lovely experience. This apartment complex is awesome! Hasta la Vista! -

Ive lived in one of these properties for 2 years now, and i have really enjoyed it. The employees are easy to get in contact with and maintenance requests are usually done quick and easy. Alejandro stands out amongst the other employees and was always working hard to please the renters. -

Spray for bugs before you move in. Pleasant leasing experience and was surprised in a good way. Not bad especially for the student budget. Just do what I said the first time before you move all your things in. -

Denton Student Apartments is arguably the best value for the price in Denton. I found a wonderful first apartment with all utilities included for a whopping $505/month! There are usually fantastic specials going on at DSA, and they are willing to work with almost anyone to make sure you find your perfect home. I could not be more impressed by DSA, thank yall! -
