    Live here if you like to have your friends compliment you on how dope your apartment is.We have a corner unit with a lot of windows which gives the place an awesome feel. Neighbors are dope and friendly for the most part. A lot of dogs. No one bothers you all that often.Workers are dope. Stephanie has always been super helpful and friendly. Jaqueline was really awesome too when she filled in for Stephanie. Management seems alright too, but often have their hands tied by big brother hanging over them.Cons:old building comes with problems-Random Leaks (happens about once a month)-Neighbor smokes cigarettes and drafts over to us-$600 Jan Electric bill due to old windows unable to be closed/apparently fixed-Closets are cheaply built

    Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She has been very helpful in many ways and I would highly recommend working with her. The main issue we’ve had are with maintenance taking a few days to come by and fix issues. We have had multiple water leaks which seem to just get patched up, but not really fixed. The maintenance people are extremely nice and helpful, but there is a limit to what they are capable of fixing. At some point, we do need an actual plumber to come by. Some of the residents have been nitpicky about noise, but overall most neighbors are nice and welcoming. Every apartment building will have a few residents that don’t understand “community living”. Overall, I would recommend living at one of the buildings due to the great area, aesthetic of the lofts and pricing.

    I recently moved in the Deep Ellum community from out of state. I absolutely love the lofts and multiple properties they have to offer. The staff was very patient with me, as I was quite indecisive on what property and specific unit I was deciding on, since they have so many great options! I have been in my unit for almost 2 months and am loving the beautiful loft space and walkable neighborhood. I have put in a few maintenance requests that have been dealt with quickly and efficiently! I would definitely recommend this community as well as my apartment locator (Jesse Sharp with Smart City Locators).

    Located close to some of the best coffee, restaurants, and bars in the city, this renovated hat factory is an amazing place to live.With its high ceilings and massive windows the lofts in this building seem even larger than the large spaces they boast.You owe it to yourself to live in a place that’s just as comfortable as it is fun.

    I had worked with Jaqueline and she has been excellent and patient with me from the very beginning of this whole entire moving process. She had presented me a list of properties and had all properties listed ready for showing and was very informative. She had made the application process super easy for me once I had made my selection and even managed to work the best move in date for me as I was moving from out of state. Upon my arrival for move-in day she ensured that my move in was smooth and easy as I had a long trip. She had ensured that everything was properly working and had given me some pointers being a newbie in the area for myself and my dog to go check out. She was a great leasing consultant at deep ellum lofts residential office. Would high recommend her services upon arrival.

    Lived here for about 15 months, i will say a better experience with apartment complexes. The gate does have some issues & when packages are delivered sometimes the amazon people dont jnow where to go.Maintenance usually responds quite well & other residents are nice!

    I just moved into Deep Ellum Lofts- Murray Lofts this past weekend, and the experience thus far has been phenomenal. The leasing staff has been extremely responsive and helpful, especially Denise Moreno. The maintenance team is fantastic: upon moving in I noticed a few things that needed to be repaired, and they were all addressed the very same day. I am so impressed and grateful to this amazing team for making my move in so easy. Not only is the building beautiful, but the unit is stunning. Exposed brick and air ducts, so charming and unique. If you are looking for a loft in Dallas, I highly recommend Deep Ellum Lofts.

    I moved into Deep Ellum Lofts almost a year ago and it has been an amazing experience. The leasing agents usually respond in a prompt manner with any questions or concerns I have at any time. They are all very helpful. Also, the maintenance team are very helpful, kind, and prompt with completing any requests. I enjoy living here in this community.

    I’ve been here at the Deep Ellum Murray lofts since January, and although I have some gripes involving neighbors, the office and management themselves are fantastic. I’ve never had to wait for than 24hrs for a repairs and all of the maintenance men are gems (even replacing AC unit when it began to fail.)The office staff do their best to uphold policy and take complaints very seriously + easy to call or go see which I appreciate. They even put in the work needed to get an illegal Airbnb out that was across the hall and caused a lot of issues for residents next door.Overall one of the best places I’ve lived!

    I’m at the Adam hat lofts andPros: overall pretty great, maintenance is quick, I feel pretty safe here, and people are pretty nice. The aesthetic of the industrial lofts here are amazing, and parking has never been an issue with things such as break ins and such I hear about at other apts since I’ve heard the deep Ellum area is “dangerous.” I think this place is awesome :)Cons: if you don’t have a phone call with management you will probably not get helped. Emails and voicemails get “lost” pretty frequently, traffic being next to a venue can get hectic, heard they’re raising price which may be a con as the apartments average about $2k for all 1b 1bath(Add me on IG @thejoepope if you have any questions or are new to dtx like me)

    Moved here on a two week timeline with zero problems. Stephanie and staff have been great. Spacious lofts in a lively area.Property is constantly being improved and parking is gated 24/7.

    Ive been in Adam Hats about 6 months now and have enjoyed living here for the most part. The staff is friendly and helpful. The units are unique, its close to everything, and the ppl are friendly in the neighborhood.

    We’ve been here for a little over a month so far and have really enjoyed it!The units are nice and fairly well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and very friendly. Leasing staff is welcoming and helpful.The kitchen (at least in my unit) is very large for a studio apartment with lots of storage. Though the apartment only has a closet and a few drawers in the bathroom otherwise. Additional cabinetry in the bathroom would be helpful as storage is limited otherwise. Bathrooms are also large for a studio.The amenities are decent; however, the pool at futura has been closed a few times and there’s been a lot of bird feathers in the pool when it’s open.The location is good because you aren’t too close to the noisy part of deep ellum but you’re walking distance if you want to go out and near a lot of great bars and restaurants.The dog park is okay, a bit small and people don’t clean up after their dogs. Also there are a lot of feral cats in the area and that can be problematic with dogs (not the apartments fault but worth noting if you have a dog).Neighbors are quiet and friendly, though some don’t keep their dogs on a leash in shared spaces, which is concerning.The rooftop patio at the continental (I think?) has excellent views and I look forward to utilizing it when the weather improves.The units have large windows so you get a lot of natural light and I find that our AC doesn’t struggle to keep up as much as other apartments I’ve lived in, though it helps that I keep the shades closed when it’s hot.Overall, we have enjoyed living here though some quality of life improvements could be made in regards to the dog park and pool.

    Great location near Downtown Dallas at great rates. Leasing staff was friendly and helpful! Maintenance requests have always been fulfilled fast! Definitely a place to call home

    I moved into Little Future (Main Street building) recently and it has been a great experience so far. The leasing team is super responsive and the best Ive ever worked with. I love the historic building. The space is super open and the high ceilings make it feel even bigger. Cannot recommend enough!

    I rarely write reviews; however, the wonderful experience I’ve had as a tenant with Deep Ellum Lofts for a few years now has compelled me to do so. The immediacy with regard to acknowledging and handling maintenance requests is exceptional. Every issue I’ve had, large or small, has been dealt with quickly and professionally. Beyond that, the level of customer service within the company is of an extremely high level. Laura DeBeaudry in particular is fantastic: approachable and fast to act. Thank you, DEL, for years of great experiences.

    I’ve lived in the continental lofts for over a year, so my review will be specific to my experience and building.In my opinion, management is the most important aspect when it comes to renting, and Deep Ellum lofts has come a LONG way in that department. Older reviews complaining about management not getting things done are completely valid - the first year of my lease was a nightmare, but for the past few months it’s been phenomenal - the community manager Natalie is ALWAYS on top of any issue you might be experiencing. Lots of amenities are quickly being built up for the residents as well, so even more good things to come.The only complaint is the rent increase, seeing as it took a year to address issues with the unit that should have been taken care of before I even moved in, the fact there still are issues that can’t be corrected unless I move out, and the fact that I’m already paying above market value. Aside from that, if you’ve heard a bad rep, I’d encourage you to give this property another chance - for reference, I’ve moved 7 times in 7 years so this is the first time I’ve ever released at an apartment. Good location (not too much noise at this end of elm street), beautiful historic living, oh and they host rooftop yoga 2 days a week which I LOVE!Know what to expect though:-tall ceilings, original single pane windows, and thin roller shades mean higher electric bill-it’s downtown Dallas, so you should always be alert and be careful walking at night — this also means DONT LEAVE THINGS IN YOUR CAR or it Will Get broken into! Be smart, you guys 0:)-there aren’t enough parking spots behind the building for all residents, so expect to park in the lot across the street for at least half a year-etcIf you already understand that, then I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. It’s worth it to live here or you wouldn’t have residents that have been around for 10+ years.

    I came in to Deep Ellum Lofts off of Main Street in Dallas to check out the set up of some lofts, I spoke with a young woman named Dailene whom was incredibly kind and informative of the setup and the amenities the lofts offer. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed in the space.

    Ive just finished signing a short term lease with the Mid Elm Lofts and my experience with Karla has been one of the best. She never got too impatient with me during my search and answered the phone every time time I called. Literally too many times lol. Thanks.Though I have not moved in yet, I do know what to expect having read the reviews. Mid Elm Lofts property is just too nice to pass up. I will see how it all goes, which is why I decided on a 6 month instead of a 12.Of course I will update my review as the months go along.

    This is such an exciting and upcoming area, but a quaint and quiet block. Very dog friendly and the Undermain Theatre below - a total plus! Murray Street Coffee across the street - YES PLEASE. Management is strict but sensible and have rooftop yoga, happy hours, great vibes and building has really good bones.

    The shade was mounted with a longer screw and an anchor. The last time it fell a few months ago, the vendor did the work and just drove a small screw right into the masonry without the anchor. Westdale guy didnt rush through it and made sure everything was very secure.
