Im writing a review from an owners perspective. We have a property Davis Property Management recently began managing. The turn around in the property has been impressive. This is a company committed to having a quality property. Both Mindy and Eddie are responsive to tenants and communicated regularly with owners. (The attached pictures are the current state of the property that was pictured in the one negative review they have on google. I feel that review is misleading as the pictures in that review do not reflect the state of the property under their management).

Eddie and Mindy have been great to me. After my realtor first got in contact with Davis Property Management it was only a couple weeks till I had signed my lease. All repairs have been completed in a timely manner. Even when my AC went out on a Saturday, Eddie was in contact with me and the HVAC person that very same day. Whenever I call Davis Property Mmanagement, someone is there to pick up. Mindy takes care of all the leasing paperwork quickly. I would highly recommend Davis Property Mmanagement for both tenants and property owners because of their professionalism and prompt service.

Eddie Davis has managed our properties in Dallas for more than 17 years. He has been superb. We don’t have to be involved with any aspects of the process. He finds the tenets, runs background checks, advertise, leases, increases rents, evicts bad tenants, keeps good long term tenants, manages make readying properties, etc. This is as close as real estate investment gets to being a turnkey hands off investment operation.I would recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever.

I’m writing this review from a landlord perspective. I had such a horrible experience with previous property management and finally decided to make the switch over to Davis Property Management. The first call I had with him was great he answered all my questions and concerns. You can tell this guy really cares as if it was his own property. Super fast response time might I add. Definitely recommend this company!!!

Davis Property management is an amazing group and I miss having them as my property management company! I lived at one of their beautiful townhouses for over 2 years and when we decided to move to a new house with a yard, they even helped us find one. It wasn’t one of their properties but they went above and beyond to help us find a home with a yard. Mindy was always a phone call away and every email was attended to and fast!! When we would ask for something to be done to the property, it was done or addressed the next day.If you are looking for a fantastic property management company with awesome homes,condos, townhouses or duplexes etc then check them out! I miss them and will definitely be calling them when we look for something else in the future!

I stayed at a property managed by this group and the service was impeccable. The grounds were beautifully manicured, clean, amenities were kept pristine, management’s response was prompt. The maintenance men were efficient, professional, and responded within 24 hrs. It was a delightful experience.

Resounding 5 stars for Davis Property Management. Eddie was great from the start. He was honest and responsive and helped set our expectations correctly. Then he exceeded those expectations! From the beginning we could tell Eddie had a great idea of the Dallas market and in particular our suburb of it. Being first time investors we had no clue what to look for, how to market, and what we should expect. Eddie broke all of that down with us and took our property and ran with it. We are grateful for his work and are excited about the future of our property in his hands.

I spoke to 3 other property management companys with dead ends and Davis property immediately contacted me with suggestions as a new landlord to get plans going. I moved from my condo in 5 days and the 6th day it was leased!! Excellent and professional services, however most impressed with the swift leased of my place as I thought it would take months to lease my place. HIGHLY recommend Davis property management!

I am a tenant of Davis properties. They have beautiful homes. condos theyre courteous respectful there on time with maintenance. The maintenance that they hire a very respectable and get things done in a timely manner. I have rented many times before and I can honestly say they are the best landlord I have ever had. So you should come see what they have and check it out you will be pleasantly surprised!

I would recommend Davis Property Managment to any one looking for a rental property or that has property and looking for someone to manage them. I have rented from them for the last 7 yrs and have had nothing but the best experience with them. They are fast and responsive with all work orders. I’m moving into a house and sadly the area I’m moving to isn’t in the Davis Property Managment Portfolio or I would be renting from them again. All n all very professional and friends Managment company.
