Worked with Dee Davey to sell my mothers house. While I have know Dee for 30 years, this is the first time I have worked with her to sell a house. She was fantastic to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable and aware of the current real estate policies. She was also very patient and would answer all my questions in a timely fashion. Outstanding and ProfessionalWeve tried other Realtors but they never met our expectations. So we upgraded and used Dee Davey to sell our first family home. Dee and Bob sold it in two days! We moved to Texas from Colorado and we were under a tight deadline to get situated. We had a day to look at homes and were under contract before we left. Bob Goosmans attention to detail got the deal done. A year and a half later, March 2017, we had to relocate for my husbands job. Once again Bob Goosman helped get our home sold under a quick deadline. He took the extra effort to not only research the comps, but we also walked through them. This helped to make sure our home was priced to sell quick.
