Lived here for the last 6 months and I love it.Maintenance is always quick, but I RARELY have problems.Office staff are super kind and friendly.My neighbors have lived here all for 4+ years.The dumpsters get emptied every other day if not everyday - my last apartment did it not that often.There are a lot of families and kids around and people with dogs are all respectful, pick up their own gunk.They repave and fix the parking areas whenever it is needed, the potholes do not get large and things are well maintained.Its not five star luxury apartments, but Im over the moon for a nice apartment in my budget range!

Lived here for a month now and absolutely love it. Jose from the management made all accommodations requests possible and quickly implemented. Also, maintenance team is great, they come to fix in 1-2 days from the maintenance request. Overall, I’m extremely happy for choosing Davenport.

Probably the best apartment complex Ive lived in. Great neighborhood, incredible pricing, professional and prompt maintenance team. Some miscommunications at the front desk but nothing that was not quickly resolvable. I would recommend this complex to anyone, but especially to families.

Carmen was Ms. GET IT DONE!!! She was absolutely amazing on helping my spouse & I in moving in! She answered any questions that we had / could have. She explained everything from the initial application down to the move in date ! She notified us through the whole process & I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need. The entire Davenport staff is awesome, but Carmen did her thing !!! Huge thanks to them on my first place to call mine !

I had a great experience overall. It was safe affordable and they tried their best considering the price of the apartments. Management is also nice . The only complaint I have is that they didn’t let us know when they changed the office leasing phone number last year which made it hard to reach the apartment

We moved in on March 31 so I am basing this review on the experience of moving in. Should anything change after a few months, I will update. Iliana was amazing at getting us in. We were having issues with other management companies and she helped out so much with things that others would not help with. The application process was easy and within no time we were approved and signing a lease. She was so empathetic the whole time and just amazing at what she does. Very responsive and answered all questions. I am very happy she works in the front office.The apartments themselves are very roomy. There is some slight slanting in the foundation upstairs. As of now the only complaints are: the floors are very hot to the touch downstairs in the bedroom and kitchen. I am not sure why, we are waiting for maintenance to come check that out, and I believe there is a water leak somewhere. Hoping to have those issues fixed soon.Parking is not an issue at all! No loud noises, or loud neighbors. The area is great, there are so many food and stores around. Hoping we stay happy here!

I have had a positive experience at Davenport apartments. Roomy layouts and reasonable rent prices (so far). Maintenance is very very quick to respond to requests and the online portal to submit requests and rent payment is very user-friendly. The complex is not too noisy at all, many families here. Parking is never an issue to find a spot and getting a guest parking pass is easy. Closets are large and kitchens come stocked with appliances (I just had to bring my own microwave). Biggest issue is pests in the unit but pest control comes regularly. Great location as well within walking distance to Village in the Parkway with Whole Foods, AMC, and many bars and restaurants.

Im so glad that I made the right decision and moving over here its been so quiet and the grounds are kept well. Management has been amazing and vary nice thank you Jazmine who has made my move in great.Update: Ive been here for a while and I love living here the area I live is good. The staff here is are very professional and very good. I put in my work order if theres anything wrong in my apartment and the maintenance will come out if not that same day or the next day but it will be done in a timely manner. So if anyone is looking to move here go right ahead.

I have lived here for almost 20 years. I would LOVE if I could have my apt repainted and new carpet installed, but I understand it can not be repainted until the carpet is pulled up and all my belongings taken out. On the bright side, Carmen in the office is the best. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, Carmen is on top of it and has the guys on the issue right away. If I I have an issue with rent (when the pandemic began in 2020, Carmen was able to let me split my rent into two payments as my hours from work were seriously cut.). If I had an issue with unexpected charges, she has always been able to resolve the issue. One time, she even came to my apartment to vacuum my place!!! Just kidding! But I bet she would If I asked, especially if I sweetened the deal with some flan!!

Love the people here good place to live. Ive been here going on for years the maintenance staff are very kind and efficient had a leak in my roof they acted very quickly there is a bug problem but all old apartments have them the staff are extremely nice its hard to get someone on the phone sometimes but theyre busy stop by the office and theyre more than willing to help you always with a kind smile on their face I would recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking so far Ive had a great experience few things here and there but isnt that everywhere overall I would give them all a ten ,Yasmin was my original lease agent very kind lovely woman she helped me get everything done quickly and explained everything perfectly theyre a mishaps in all places where you live in an apartment situation overall like I said I would give them all a ten,Jose is sweet always there to help the beautiful young lady whos always changing her hair color awesome personality I would have to say overall experience for these apartments is a 10 sure theres going to be things wrong from time to time but I do believe that they do try their best to give you a overall 10 experience thank you Davenport looking forward to signing another years lease

I love this little community very family oriented. Maintenance request done timely and everyone in the office is very friendly. I usually take a nap after work and I live near the pool a dog continuously bark like someone was bothering him I didnt look out the window I went outside he was in the pool area and being that the owner was wiping him down he had just got out the pool so I will not be going swimming nothing against pet owners but they do not belong in the pool I called the office three times to let them know no one answered so I walked around there to tell them they asked me did I know the person of course I do not and told me she was too busy to walk around there

It’s been more than a week since I moved in to Davenport and so far I like it so much! It’s really quite, safe, and convince to a lot stores around. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Jose personally helped me throughout the entire move in process and still continue helping me whenever I need something. Therefore, I would like to take this moment to thank him for his continuous help!!!! He’s the best!!!! And yes, I would recommend this apartment to anybody trying to get an apartment.

After roughly 6 months of looking for an apartment, seeing several apartment properties and talking to so many people and not getting that good vibe; I came across Davenport Apartments. Yvette Camacho was on the other side of the phone line, from that very first conversation she seem very real and interested in what I was looking for. I felt very comfortable. We arranged a visit to the property that same day, as I walked through the door I felt very welcomed. Yvette worked with me, explained to me all the property plans and contracts, at that point I was feeling that this was it, the place I could call home. After we walked through the property and I really knew that this is where I wanted to live. She was very helpful with all the paperwork and applications that needed to submit, she answered every single question that they had and she had great customer service skills. I am very happy here where I am now and I do recommend the property, management and of course Yvette Camacho for any questions about the property.Thank you Davenport Apartments, thank you Yvette.CR

Davenport Apartments are a definite wise choice. The neighborhood outside the apartment has a lot of life within walking distances. However, it is very quiet when you are on the premise and in your apartment unit. The complex is within walking distance to many tourist attractions, restaurant row, public transportation, an elementary school, convenience stores, retail stores, grocery stores, and it is close to many metros to get you to the ones further away. Driving distance is less than a minute to lots of places as well. I have been living here for almost 7 years now and wouldnt choose to go elsewhere at this time. Carmen, Yvette, Andrea, Yazmin and Jose are all awesome people! The maintenance team as well. They are very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions and concerns. So far I have no complaints. This is definitely the perfect place to stay!

Ive lived here almost a year now and I have enjoyed my experience. My neighbors are friendly and I never feel unsafe coming home late at night. The leasing staff is always friendly and helpful, Carmen was my initial leasing agent and has always been very responsive and great. For the price, the space, and the location- you cant beat it. I recommend paying the extra money for a carport because just like every complex parking is first come, first serve and at times can be hard to find close to your apartment. Ive seen some complaints about bugs, but I personally have not had this issue. These are older apartments so that means older appliances, but Im willing to sacrifice that for everything else I get leasing here. Overall I would definitely lease here again!

Leased for 6 months with Davenport Apartments. Maintenance was good. I kept my apartment clean and saw bugs a couple times in my apartment but not enough to effect my quality of life. Gym was nice. Biggest headache was the laundry facilities. In summary, Davenport was worth the value I paid.

I moved in the Davenport Apartments 2 years ago. I must say from the office staff down to the maintenance staff has been fantastic. I had my A/C unit to go out and they ordered my home a new one and had it installed In a professional and quick timely manner. I recommend the Apartments and I speak highly of the Staff. Keep up the good work!

I have lived in this complex since April 2019. I was very impressed with Carmen Tovar as well as the staff in the office. Since moving in I have had a few maintenance issues and they have been taken care of - usually the next business day!! The repairs have been fantastic - any mess they might have made they cleaned up completely! If I am not at home I always receive written notifications AND I receive a call from the management team making sure all repairs were done properly! What a pleasure to live in a complex that cares about their residences!!!

Ive lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it here! Carmen Tovar is so sweet and professional and she always follows up with you if you questions or a maintenence issue to ensure the job was done professionally and the issue was fixed. Its truly a blessing to have the entire apartment staff that are professional, kind, and sweet. The new manager Rebeca is very nice as well and and always speaks to everyone that walks in. All of the leasing agents are awesome as well (Ivette, Jose, and I believe her name is Jasmine). The maintenence staff is clean, nice, and professional the few times that they had to come to my unit, they made sure they were careful with everything and that the issue was fixed before leaving. I had a minor repair in my unit and Paul was awesome and he made sure everything was repaired and put back carefully before leaving. Ive had no pest issues or anything of that nature in my 4 years at The Davenport. Parking is great and no hassels when trying to get a parking pass for your visitors, and they offer carports at a very low monthly cost. The Davenport is pet friendly apartments as well, my Nestlé loves going on walks and North Bark dog park is minutes away for your fur baby to run leash free and socialize with other dogs.Best of all the location of The Davenport is 5 stars by itself! Literally the best of both worlds, a street over from Addison with the cities best resturants, stores, entertainment, and a min away from the Galleria in North Dallas. I would highly recommend moving to The Davenport.

I love the pools and the gym! I read a lot of scary reviews before deciding to move in and I can honestly say, at least I’m my experience they aren’t true. I’ve rarely had a problem and when I did the office or maintenance was quick to take care of it. All the people that I’ve met here are friendly and I’ve met a lot of good neighbors! Just resigned my lease for another year!

Maintenance man arrived at 4:00pm to repair heating element that was not working properly. Heat was not coming on to warm apartment. Repair man diagnosed the problem as a bad sensor and repaired the heater unit system within 30 minutes. I am very happy with the Davenport management’s response to my request.

Me and my family moved in on last March 14. We were really worried we were going to have a bad experience, mainly due to the fact that our previous apartment complex where we were at was horrible! So we were really praying and hoping we could find something good. Well, Im glad to report that were very pleased with our Town Home, and any time Ive had a technical issue, the Maintenance guys are fast and eager to help. Yes its true the ladies at the office are sometimes a bit short, but I understand theyre extremely busy. So please dont let that keep you from giving these apartments a try.

We are very Pleased to have met Yazmin Garcia at the Davenport Apartment. We moved from Denver to Dallas and she was very personable, professional, helpful, and provided us great customer service! She explained the end to end process, showed us the apartment, very patient, we did not feel rushed, or have to keep asking questions! She took the time to clearly explain everything and we felt very welcome. Her warm personality made us decide right away that this was our place to call home! My wife and I are enjoying the place and our kids are going to love the area, location, the 5 pools. We came to Dallas, not knowing what to expect, scared, thinking we would not be able to find everything we wanted in the area, Yazmin’s customer service is 10 out of 10, we surely appreciate your time, and your effort to make us feel welcome! SAFE, CLEAN, & PEACEFUL!! I resided at the Davenport Phase II for 3 years and it was everything I could have wanted. My townhouse loft style 1 bed apartment was huge and I loved using the fireplace during the winter. The grounds were well maintained (daily). Whenever I had a maintenance issue, and there werent many, the staff quickly and satisfactory resolved them. Andrea, the property manager, first showed me my new home 3 year ago and was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive through and including my last day. The Davenport staff understood that it was more than just a rental unit to me, IT WAS MY HOME!! Many thanks

Modern,chill vibe , peaceful, homey, and the two or three years that that I have lived in one of the townhomes there has never been any kind of loud arguing or yelling. There are like five pools on the property Ive only found like three of them . Theres an on-site laundry room and across the street from an elementary school its very family-friendly, and even quiet and private enough for people who are looking to live in a adult only apartment building. Plenty of parking space and guest parking. Definitely one of the favorite places that I have lived and loved calling this place home and hopefully planning on moving back to the Davenport apartments

Id like to thank Carmen Tovar for making the leasing/move-in process such an easy process. As a first time renter, it was stressful and overwhelming beginning the apartment search but what convinced me to choose Davenport was Carmens sincerity and HONESTY. What other leasing agents would shy around or try to change the topic, Carmen always answered every question and even let me know of things I hadnt considered. Moving in there were a few issues with the apartment like cleanliness, normal wear & tear, certain things not working. But everything we reported to Carmen was fixed/cleaned within the next few days. After living at the apartment for a few days we noticed more things we had issues with. We let Carmen know and went about our day and everything was fixed by the time we got to the apartment, a couple hours later. Having someone like Carmen who has been so attentive to every question, concern, request, and who has even reached out to check in on how we are, has honestly made me feel like I made the right decision in choosing Davenport.

Im a current resident, I have been here for a little over a year. My lease will be up in December. I havent had one single complaint. The only two times I can think there was an inconvenience was when a group of 5 people were right outside my porch arguing and screaming at 3 something in the morning. I went out there and told them to calm down and go home before I called the cops. The second time was when someone was honking like crazy really late at night for no reason, once again nothing the cops couldnt solve. Those were the only two times I had an issue. When we first moved in, I think Jenny was her name, the lady that helped us was BEYOND friendly and helpful. They have 4 pools on the property, well on the phase that I live and they actually open them and keep them clean. They recently added a playground for the kids which has been such a great thing! You can actually use their fitness center 24/7. There was never a time that I didnt feel safe or that I felt like it wasnt a good neighborhood for my daughter to live in. Also, its right across the street from an elementary school which is great! And Galleria mall is like a 3 minute drive. All the restaurants in Addison are nearby which is also really great. I love it here! The only reason Im not renewing the lease is because the 2 bedrooms are a little out of my price range. Otherwise I would definitely continue to live in this apartment complex!

Apartment is clean, updated and very comfortable. No creaky doors, stairs or floors. That wowed me. (No pest here!) Amazing space, along with a even better price, considering location and attractions. Being close to Wholefoods is big plus. Our agent Yazmin, was very helpful, the application process was a bit tidius and dragged out, but once it was all done, we were very pleased.

Overall I think these apts are great. Im going into my 2nd yr and the amount of space i have in my 2bdrm TH is amazing. Ive looked and I cant find another place with this space at an affordable price. Ive always had great interactions with the staff and the few issues that I have with my apt, is more building design structure related. It can get pretty warm upstairs in the Summer, but closing all of the downstairs vents have helped with the issue.I also enjoy the 5 swimming pools...this allows for a more peaceful experience since everyone isnt occupying the same pool at the same time.The area is also a big win for me. I can walk to everything I need or Uber for under $5 if it came down to it. Great place to take a stroll, parks are near by as well as plenty of food selections and nightlife.

Good price and I remember talking to Jose regarding a work order which got fixed right away and place looks clean, clean and big gym, close to schools for the kids I highly recommend davenport apartments for a quiet and good environment. Jose always helps me out. Kids and my family love the place! Cheap covered parking, we love our new home.

I’ve lived here for a year and a couple months, glad to say this was one of the greatest moving experiences I’ve had. Yvette Camacho was really helpful and patient with me in my situation with moving forward. Despite issues out of her control (3rd party issues, not Davenport issues), and taking on a client (me) originally given to another leasing agent, Carmen has made it a point to see that I have been taken care of both during my move-in and as I continue getting settled....Talk to Carmen, shell get you taken care of.

Clean and for the most part quite. They do like to cut grass early in the morning not great if you work at night but its not too often. The entire first week I heard no kids then a random MONDAY morning a family came out with 5 kids to play in the drive way very noisy. Its apts so if u can deal with random disturbances this is a great place.

Stayed here when i first came to stay in Dallas. Lovely area. Apts are really really good size. The 2 bedroom is like 2 identical one bedroom apts that share a kitchen an laundry area. Lots of room.
