Our situation was a little tricky – we had not decided whether to lease out or sell our property since we had other variables that come into play, which we were waiting on more clarities about.The first agent we talked to become irritated after we proposed a potential change of plan from selling to leasing and insinuated that we were dishonest about what we want to do with our property; therefore, she could not help us. The second agent we talked to said she’s not interested in helping us lease, only contact her when we are ready to sell, which we understood. Then here came Cynthia!Cynthia was referred to us by a close friend. She was very responsive and came to visit our property the same day. We liked her when we first met her - she was attentive when listening to our situation and why we had not made up our mind on leasing or selling. She did not suggest selling just because it’s more profitable for her; instead, she carefully weighed both options and discussed with us the pros and cons openly.We decided on leasing, and she helped us put it on the market for a couple of days, but then our situation suddenly changed, and we had to take it down from the market temporarily and rethink what we need to do next.
