Ive been here for a while now, and I enjoy it. Very quiet, very peaceful. Andrea, the office manager, is a very beautiful woman outside as well as in. She is always going out of her way if I have questions about the property. Ive brought some people to live here in the community because I feel its safe enough for a single lifestyle as well as family oriented. Think a lot of negative on the comments come from individuals who think they are either entitled or want that hand out. As long as you pay your bills like good grown-ups should and not try and get negative attention, then you have nothing to worry about. I plan on being here for quite a while.

I visited a friend who lives here not long ago, and during my visit he had a maintenance issue occur. He called into the office and they had someone right over to fix it. The maintenance guys name was Tanner and he was super knowledgeable and quick to fix the issue! I was very impressed with how everything went.

Maintenance is amazing and very knowledgeable. Always very polite and speedy at fixing issues. Over all comfortable atmosphere and I highly recommend Creekside if you are looking for a nice place to live.

Beautiful grounds. Nice pool with families enjoying the summer. Jose was so helpful. He answered all our questions and gave great advice. Office staff was very friendly. We look forward to being part of this amazing community😃😃😃

I can say ive made a great choice on coming to creekside mobile homes first they are really clean all around the trailers and the office people are soo helpfull and nice the park is clean for kids and safe! I can recommend 100% to anyone that is looking for a home sweet home!!!

Im visiting my brother and its quiet and a clean atmosphere. The only thing bothers me is no parking space for visitors. And the tow service will definitely tow your vehicle away...

Here I live, everything is fine. The only thing that bothers me is when Maintenance comes knocking on the door for stupid things. I work at night and I have to sleep during the day and I have to get up alone because the man thought to know whose garbage was there. lying in a place that is not even part of the land I rent. People have no control with children, it is a slide of children wherever they want, they pull things and take things that are outside, they lack more control over that. The rest was fine, Don José, very kind and polite as always.

I like this community, I have lived here for a couple of years, I dont have any problems, the trailers have good space, I have good neighbors, no fuss, they try to make this community look presentable, good manager.

The place is good but the problem that exists is that at night many strange cars arrive to park on the street and hinder residents from leaving or entering their parking lot. There should be a tow truck for cars that enter from outside to park on the edges of the street.
