My family and I have been renting from the for awhile now. I just wanted to get on here and express how grateful I am! Robbie and Tia are absolutely AMAZING! They are so caring and accommodating. They truly care about their tenants well being. I have rented from multiple people and they are by far the best I have dealt with. We appreciate everything yall do and all the hard work!! 🥰🥰

After living in my home for last 3 decades, it was a giant step to move so far away from what was all familiar. My son researched diligently and located a perfect property for he and his 70yr young mother. Must say, he did great, and the entire process has been facilitated with finesse and efficiency by Tia. She has always responded quickly to any questions and has professionally handled getting paperwork to us in a timely manner! I give Creede Property Mgmt 5stars, along with their representative, Tia!

The past couple weeks my friends and I have been looking for a 4 bdr house. Being college students, a lot of people don’t take our offers serious or don’t even hit us back. Tia, on the contrary, has made numerous efforts in reaching out and communicating with us. The second a property we wanted gets taken off the market- Tia has three more lined up for us. They are very professional, very communicative, and they truly care about the people they work with.

These 5 stars all go to Tia L. from the property management team. From the moment me and my household engaged with Tia on our first walkthroughs of Creede properties, we were greeted with kindness and warmth that is VERY difficult to come by in the Denton housing market. Tia was impressively thorough and knowledgeable of the properties and any concerns were met with honesty and mutual understanding. We signed on a property that was new to her all thanks to her professionalism and commitment to accommodating us as tenants. We are still working out kinks in our move-in and the home but the process has all been made 99% stress free thanks to Tia and her wonderful work!

A lot of people post the bad stuff about the management staff here for creede properties but I havent seen any! They are nice and great to work with as long you communicate with them They will work with you! Best landlords I have ever had thank you so much to the staff who has worked and helped me out! Keep up the great work

I cant explain the stress i went through having to find a place on a WEEKEND! But when i got in touch with tia she guaranteed i could stop the worrying and she would help me find a place. Not only did i find a place its newly built, and she made the flip by monday so i could go back to work like nothing happen!

I have been a tenant for 2 years working on my 3rd and Creede Property management has by far been the best property management company I have ever rented from. I have rented from Multiple companies in the past, which is a norm for me since I move so often. I have had major issues with other bigger property companies and they took weeks to act on issues I’ve had. As for Creede P.M. I called in at a quarter to midnight in the middle of summer to my home being 96 degrees, I called in after hours and they acted quickly, there was a tech at my home in just over an hour. The tech fixed the issue and was very professional. Creede has always been very responsive and taken care of all of my maintenance issues in a timely manner. Very thankful to have them as my rental company along with the amazing employees.

I am about to begin my 8th year leasing this home, 5th year under Creede Property Management. Early on we had a couple of recurring maintenance (plumbing) issues, which took some time to resolve, but, even through that rough period the company was very responsive to our needs and timely with their response.I know from experience rental property ownership and management, for many reasons, can be very challenging. But I also know most difficulties can be amiably and reasonably resolved with patience and respectful, professional communication. This has definitely been my experience with this management company, their employees and owners.This was most evident over the past three years as my sweet wife was diagnosed with and battled stage 3, then stage 4 metastatic cancer. Throughout this hellish journey, Chanse and Robbie, as well as Mary and Nathan and finally, Bailey, compassionately responded to our every need and request, through and beyond Terris passing, last June ... as well as the passing of both of my parents, last April and August.It is an often spoken truth that, regardless of the circumstances, one cannot please everyone ... hence the mixed bag of positive and negative reviews of this company. However; given our and now my ongoing experience with Creede Property Management, I have no hesitation in recommending their services to any prospective tenants.From the bottom of my heart, thank you Chanse, Robbie, Mary, Nathan and Bailey for your compassion and empathy. This has been and continues to be a difficult year, and I appreciate your ongoing compassionate support! God bless you all.

Creede management lost all of my respect until a few months ago when they hired Bailey. She does such a wonderful job. Always available and always on top of things. If I ever rent from this company again it would be because of her. Im giving a four star rating because my experience through more than the first half of my lease wasnt the best. I believe if Bailey were there then they would definitely have five stars.

A little rocky start of my lease with switch up in management, but overall Creede Property Management is an efficient leasing company to lease with. Very prompt with getting back with you on issues and concerns, easy to negotiate with, and will have your back when tenants are not complying with other tenants. Rent out from this company and avoid those student apartments!!!!
