We really enjoyed our stay at the ranch house. Very clean and nice layout - it had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking our meals. I liked that it had a pool table and an awesome fireplace that kept us warm. We did have an issue with the gate not working and small leak coming from bathtub but Cozy vacation rentals was quick to take action. They provided me with excellent customer service through out my stay. What was so impressive of this house itself was the amazing view of creek and a nearby trail for morning walks. We really enjoyed seeing a flock of lambs nearby and a very friendly donkey that came around in the morning to greet us. You really get to experience that ranch feeling. The town is not far of a drive - it took us about 10/15 minutes.

We were out here for mom’s weekend around August 23rd and had a blast!! We loved our stay at Grapetown Cottages. It was welcoming and felt like home away from home!! We love the decor, bed was comfy, home was nice and clean. We loved everything !! We will definitely return for more stays with you guys when the weather is cooler !! I miss the swing in the front already. View of the sunset /sunrise is amazing from the front yard!! You guys did great with the place !!

We loved staying at 406 Lodge. The unit was exactly as it is in the photos. Communication with the property management was outstanding. No issues with check in or check out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower and hot tub were exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. It appears that there is a door between the two units if you have a larger family and need more space. This unit had more than enough space for the two of us. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Excellent experience. The Das Liebe Haus located 12 miles outside Fredricksberg Tx is absolutely delightful, well decorated down to the N-th degree and very cozy. It is well equipped with everything working and in very good shape. Very clean. It is what every rental should be. Very quiet and away from the Hubbub. Cozi vacation rental company is well run, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended.

I desperately needed some time away with my husband from our busy lifestyles. When we made it to Diamond Y and entered the Coco cabin I along with my husband both fell madly in love. We wanted a cabin with a beautiful rustic appeal and that’s we got. The dog trotter constructed style was just perfect. The covered porch overlooking the rolling hill was so peaceful and relaxing, I was so sad to leave, but had to get several pictures of the cabin itself. We walked into a beautiful, peaceful, serene place that made us feel welcomed and at home!. It was absolutely gorgeous and perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cute place in the Hill Country. The house was well appointed and comfy, and they even left some deer corn to encourage our morning and evening visitors! It’s a short 3 mile drive to white water amphitheater, which makes it nice for concerts. Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at the Der Fels Alexander cottage in Fredericksburg during Thanksgiving. The hottub was a big plus, along with the totally enclosed patio. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back.

I had a great stay at this spot, which is managed by cozy vacations in front of the edge winery in Fredericksburg, Texas. The cottage was clean and spacious and had all the necessities for a weekend day. I will definitely be staying at this property again as its very convenient, not only to the edge winery to the other wineries in the vicinity.

Cozi Vacation Rentals is our go-to for rentals and they did not disappoint with our most recent stay at the Hilltop Hideaway in Fredericksburg. This was our third rental with them and their customer service has been excellent with every stay! We had to reach out to them to have them turn the pool and spa on several times and they were very responsive with all of our requests. I can’t say enough about the Hilltop Hideaway with Infinity Pool and Hill Country Views! Excellent property and designed for gathering with friends and family! We are already planning our next trip and will use Cozi Vacation again.

The staff was wonderful, and very helpful! We let them know about one issue that I was willing to take care of ( we were there for Christmas ). We didnt didnt want to inconvenience the the staff, but they sent 2 men over in about an hour to take care of it. The house was in a great quiet neighborhood, still very close to all the places on main street. The house was great, beds were very comfortable. The pictureswere right on the the mark, when we got there it almost felt as if we had been here before, that is how good the pictures were. We will definitely use them for our next visit to Fredericksburg!

We had a fabulous 3 day stay on a girls’ trip. There were 5 of us and the lovely, comfortable, roomy house with 5 large beds, 3 baths, large dining room and very nice kitchen served us very well. It was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was close to the downtown area. Cozi was very good about communicating with me prior to our arrival and answered my call quickly once we arrived. I communicated with Jay, Laura, and Jorge after our stay was over and was very pleased with their speed in replying, and their gracious responses. My family stayed at the Luxury Ranch- Hill Country Bliss in Fredericksburg Texas for my grandmother’s birthday. We had a large group of 15 ladies, and this home was perfect for us. Everything was clean and spacious. Everything that we could’ve needed was provided. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the wildlife. The bonus feature of having lots of swim towels and blankets was an added bonus! The location was great for access to downtown and the Vineyards. It was very private, and we loved the country views.

The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean. The host responded within ten minutes regardless of the time. We used the grill, fire pit and hot tub. Everything worked and we were able to get assistance when we had questions. It was 20 minutes away from Fredericksburg, but it was great for privacy and not having to worry about the quiet hours in the city limit.

Our stay at Southern Charm exceeded all expectations! The recently renovated home provided a level of comfort and cleanliness that truly made our vacation memorable. Very nice, well kept place. We stayed there with our kids and really enjoyed it. The resort complex is amazing, and at a walking distance from the cottages. Nice option to stay out of the downtown frenzy but close enough to drive if you want to. We will be back next year.

This place was amazing!! First, it was stocked better than any place I’ve stayed. Plenty of staples. But the extras were so great. A selection of coffee and pods, nicer toiletry products, even a hot chocolate bar. Now onto the decor. It was amazing. Full of the most interesting western memorabilia. Definitely don’t pass this one up.

Amazing company! The place (look for Luxury 23-acre Ranch with hot tub and fire pit on the Cozi site) was immaculate. Super comfortable, beds and bedding were fantastic, furniture was quality and like new. As were the kitchens and the baths. The outdoors were amazing. Quiet, lots of deer roaming, a million stars at night. Couldnt have been better. Cozi makes the check in and check out a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Fredericksburg! The location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive to town, yet nestled in a peaceful and quiet setting. It was perfect for our family, especially the kids, who were thrilled to see and interact with the livestock near the property. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home as we celebrated Christmas there. Stayed at 315 Deer Rd. We had a great time at the rental house. Very beautiful scenery, lots of deer, great porch. The kitchen and bathrooms were VERY well stocked with everything you need. Would stay again. Only downside is it’s about 25 minutes down very windy roads from the main 290 road that runs through town. We didn’t realize it would be that far away just FYI. Was able to get Ubers fine though.

Luxury 23 acre Ranch with hot tub and fire pit near Fredericksburg .This was the perfect stay for our group of seven. We used both homes on the property and loved everything about it! Gorgeous views from the back deck, enjoying the sunset from the outdoor living area and watching the deer roaming through the back yard. We definitely made use of the fire pit and hot tub at night! It was just right as a home base for our Fredericksburg/wine country trips. The homes were beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Ohana Ranch about 10 minutes outside of Fredricksburg. It was totally secluded, not a soul around, beautiful view from every direction. So quiet and peaceful with a gentle breeze. Beautiful wildflowers everywhere, sounds and sightings of birds, cows, and other wildlife. The only time we saw a soul was when someone came for a short time to check on the cows, but couldnt hear them except for when they drove by or when friends came over that we had invited. They loved the place too. We loved how the place was decorated, quickly felt right at home. We live in the ridiculously big city of Houston where there is so much noise and light pollution. If we squint at home on a clear night we do good to see 15 stars. The stars at Ohana were way too numerous to count. It had been many many years since I had seen that many stars. Also, somehow we had an issue getting in the first time, but it only took a quick call to get the keypad reset and we were in. Found out they have 24 hr service, cant ask for more than that. Ready to book another trip.Not a single complaint, even though we do have just a couple of suggestions which we will pass on the the staff.

We Saw the Shubert Property being built 6yrs ago and my dream of staying there came true for my Birthday April 21st 2024. Couldnt Swim because Cold-front came in but the 2 nozzles in the Large Walk-In Shower & Huge Jacuzzi Tub more than made up for it! Clean Area with all you need except no stove. Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Keurig Coffee Pot (with coffee & sugar!). Comfortable King-Size Bed with 4 Large Pillows & more Blankets in Closet. 4 Towels, 2 Beach Towels, New Handsoap & Bar Soap, Extra TP. NO Problems with Big-Screen TV (with Cable) or Internet. Just put their Password in.Key to Room is in Lockbox-We didnt know that. When you check-out, you put it back! COZI Was the Best! Ms. JAY Answered Phones asap everytime I Called & She was very Nice & Helpful!! With being Only 2 min walk from Main Street, I couldnt believe how Quiet & Peaceful it was there! Felt very Private & Safe!! We will be back to this hidden gem with reasonable rates!! Its called the Shubert House at 205 Schubert Street & we were in Suite B. We loved eating Surf-n-Turf closeby at August E! Our Stay was very Enjoyable!!

Cozi rentals was awesome. My husband and I stayed in the Henley - small home in Fredericksburg for six nights. It was clean, peaceful and the perfect size for two. Inside there was coffee, washer/dryer, full shower, and all the essentials. It was an entertaining space - we played cornhole outside, had hot tub evenings and played various games at ZZ Top Gameroom a moment walk away. The trail and pond was also very peaceful a three minute walk from where we stayed.The communication from Cozi staff was excellent. All information ahead of booking to check out was very helpful. There was a book of instructions along with local information that was very helpful in the living room. Even when we had questions, we had responses within the hour. Thank you Cozi, highly recommended and we would book again!

Absolutely the cutest house!!! We recently stayed here for a couple of days with another couple. We rented the whole house so we each took a unit. Perfect way to spend time with each other but still have privacy. The hosts thought of everything with this house. I believe it is fairly new or at least it feels that way. The only thing I wished for was that both units have a washer dryer. It was in the downstairs unit and we stayed upstairs. I didn’t want to bother our friends so that I could do some laundry. Definitely not a deal breaker but would have been nice. House was excellent and it was close enough to town without being right in the middle of crowds.

Pros:- The house was the perfect size for our group of 12, providing plenty of space for everyone.- The view was absolutely stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was a highlight of our trip.- Communication with the Cozi team was smooth, and we had no trouble receiving all of the arrival information we needed.- A big plus was when my daughter left a bag of new toys behind; the Cozi team was able to coordinate shipping it back to us, which we greatly appreciated.Cons:- Unfortunately, the two rooms at the front of the house connected to the driveway flooded during a storm. We woke up to find a massive puddle in the middle of the floor in two bedrooms, with our clothes soaked. Thankfully, our computer wasn’t damaged.- When we reported the issue, the only response from the Cozi team was, “sorry for the inconvenience, would you like more towels?” This lack of concern was disappointing, especially when the rooms flooded again after another storm. The same indifferent response followed.- Given the amount we spent on the rental, we expected a more proactive approach—someone visiting the house to assess the damage, offering sincere apologies, and perhaps even a gesture like a discounted rate or a gift card to a local restaurant. However, nothing was done to rectify the situation.UPDATE:The Cozi team followed up persistently after our stay, wanting to make amends for the issues with our unit. They acknowledged that the situation should have been handled differently at the time and apologized for our experience. They even offered compensation for the inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the customer service representative managed the situation, and after a long conversation, I’ve updated my review to reflect my experience. I would definitely use this company again based solely on my satisfaction with customer service. This is what all companies should strive for.I should also note that they said this issue to the house has been fixed.

Lovely traditional property located close to downtown Fredericksburg, with good off street parking. The house has a really authentic feel to it and was a pleasure to stay in. It was well equipped for our party. Comfy beds, and plenty of outside space. Loved the swings on the front porch. There is some traffic noise as the property is close to the intersection, however it quietens off in the evenings and did not disturb us. It felt like I had gone back in the past but had all the modern amenities. Would definitely recommend the property to others and stay again. Well done to the Cozi Team. Especially enjoyed the “images of Texas” books.

Five of us women had a girls weekend in Fredericksburg celebrating ones 40th birthday. We had a great time! The house was cozy and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Only 2 frustrating things: Cozi could never get the Wi-Fi to work at the house, despite emailing back and forth with me, and the hot water heater needed to be hotter. Our showers were warm, but not hot.

This vacation home is adorable. We loved the location and all of the amenities provided here to make our stay enjoyable. The backyard is very spacious one evening we enjoyed visiting & sitting around a fire in the fire pit. We loved having the back porch to drink coffee and lounge around each morning. This home provides both privacy for two couples and several comfortable spaces to gather up and visit. We loved the clean and beautiful kitchen and we enjoyed having a laundry room for washing some items while there . It was a great stay with friends and I highly recommend!

Such a beautiful location. We had a family vacation with our daughters, son in laws and granddaughters. Everyone was comfortable and we all had our own bedrooms which were separate from the main room and kitchen. The outdoor area is awesome! Views were great during sunsets. A beautiful studio with everything I needed for a super peaceful and relaxing sabbatical. I came in exhausted and they already had the lights on and soft music playing. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for the thoughtfulness of the hosts. I had a few questions before I arrived and they were all answered promptly and thoroughly. The location was perfect - near all the wineries. My favorite, Barelle Winery, was only 7 mins away. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Unit A, had off-street parking, and a private entrance with a private hot tub. Going up a few steps, we entered a very nice bedroom/living area, with a wonderful en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. There were 3 step-up/step downs inside the home to access the different areas, such as the kitchen, and the bathroom. It really had everything we needed, including full-sized appliances throughout, and was an easy 2-block walk to Main Street. No road noise to deal with, even though we were located near a major street. The AC unit and ceiling fan kept us cool at night in April. Upon check-in, we requested additional pillowcases for the extra pillows in the closet, and they were delivered the next day. Definitely would consider staying here again when we return.

We just stayed here July 19th- 22nd 2024. All I can say is it exceeded my expectations. The pictures on the Air BNB page do not do it justice, and are kind of confusing to look at. But have no worries this place is amazing. The four houses are fully equipped with anything you need, and as my wife said they all had the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced in a hotel or Air BNB. You can tell the owner of the place takes pride in this location as they should. And if they were ever to think about selling I would hope to get a call or email ;)If you ever want to take an entire family like we did (16 people) and have a great vacation this is where you should start.Also I do not ever leave reviews, however this place deserved it.10 out of 10 recommend.Respectfully

We had an AMAZING stay at the Oakridge Ranch property in Johnson City. Its a great location with some beautiful scenery and wildlife. We used it as our home base for day trips to Fredericksburg, Marble Falls and Johnson City. The house was well air conditioned in the main rooms and in the individual quarters. There were huge TVs in the main areas and on the back porch that were great to catch soccer and basketball games and for the kids to watch movies. The bar and both kitchens were well stocked with utensils, dishes and glassware. There wasnt anything that we needed that we didnt find there. The kids loved playing basketball and pickleball well into the night since the area could be lit up (basketballs and pickleball set provided). The hot tub heated quickly and the pool was great! The pictures on the site are spot on and give a good perspective of the entire property.Some small things we came across but doesnt affect a 5 star review:- one of the remotes didnt work but we could use the other remotes since the tvs were the same brand- surround sound in the main room with the pool table didnt work but the TV sound was fine- grass was pretty high but it was taken care of (maintenance person had been out of town)The customer service from Cozi was very responsive and answered all the questions we had prior to and during our stay.They even found some prescription glasses that were left behind and are sending them back to us. We will definitely be staying again! 😊

Felt Like A Ritz Carlton Private Rental Home!This rental property has many luxury features anyone could ever asked for. The house is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and with private access to the lake. By far, one of the best rental homes we have had rented in the past decade. It is also in a good location with several restaurants, grocery stores, and a few minutes from the Canyon lake beach. There are plenty of space and things to do for 13 of us, we did not even want to step away from the house. Minor hiccups were reported to the management team and the future renters would benefit even more. Overall, it was a perfect stay!

I stayed recently at the Craftsman House with three friends. We had the most lovely, pleasant, delightful time there. The home is custom crafted - hence the name - and has all the charm you would expect in a stone home built in the German style. Solid, cozy, comfortable, sheltering. The yard is gorgeous. Birds, butterflies, pretty plants, a hot tub...Im ready to move there permanently! Also, compared to other places Ive rented, this home had far more amenities: coffee, cooking oils, spices, and more. Very nice appliances that were as clean as can be. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed. It is close to Main Street, but I really loved walking in the old historic neighborhood nearby. Theres something for everybody. We visited the vineyards, too. Had much fun at William Chris, Grape Creek, and Lost Draw. I recommend all of them. We had no problems upon arrival and never needed to contact management. Prior to our arrival day, I was in touch with Vera regarding a small matter and found her to be friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Ill definitely recommend COZI properties to others.

What a great escape! After a long evening drive in the rain, I arrived at Matt’s place to find parking right out front, and a home so thoughtfully laid out I hardly wanted to leave. It’s honestly much larger and more spacious than I expected, so it would be perfect for a group of 6-8, or more. Matt’s place is located right in the heart of Fell’s Point, around the corner from excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and a great view of the harbor and Under Armor’s hq in the distance. Loved it, would stay there again in a second! Thanks Matt!

From start to finish, I can’t say enough about how professional Cozi was! Every question I had they answered in a timely matter and made me feel like I was their most important client. They went above and beyond! The price and accommodations were just icing on the cake. Their customer service is what won me over.
