I’ve stayed in one of there properties for almost 4 years. 5 star service great property managers. Always responded with urgency to maintenance matters. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From move in date to almost 4 years later moving out they have been nothing but the best and very professional.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love Melissa Cox. The rental background check was easy and fast and she gave me the good news that I was approved over the phone and she also went over all the info I needed to know. Anytime I have a maintenance request I use my app and the lady in charge of that area Sherri I believe her name is handles it quickly and efficiently. They understand real life issues and are willing to work with you every step of the way, even after move in. The property I am renting is so nice and I am just so happy I rented here. Any questions or concerns I have,Melissa the owner of Cox Premier Properties take time out of her own busy schedule to call me. Best rental experience I have ever had. I definitely recommend renting from this company. 👏 They are totally awesome.

Its been a year that Ive been in my rental home. Getting approved for the home was a smooth and easy process. I live in a quiet, clean, nice neighborhood. In fact, its a little too quiet but I love it. Jason Cox is the most amazing person I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with when it comes to repairs. I can always count on him to get my work orders completed in a timely manner. He makes things happen, and for that I am very grateful. My children and I have had a pleasant stay, and I intend on renewing my lease for a few more years. I would refer this company to anyone without hesitation.

I cannot stress enough how humble Jason and Melissa Cox are as owners of Cox Premier Properties. If you go to any other Property Management Company I guarantee you you will never speak to the owners of the company nor will they ever check on you or be in anyway involved with your renting experience after you sign a lease. Jason and Melissa are so hands on and involved with their tenants and owners. We have been tenants for a little over 3 years now and have gotten nothing but excellent service from the Cox Premier Staff. Anytime weve had a maintenance request theyve responded very quickly and are all hands on deck to handle the situation until its resolved. Just recently we fell on hard times due to my father in law being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and Melissa assisted us with getting back on track and was very empathetic and understanding to our situation. We are so proud to be apart of the Cox Premier family as tenants and tonight we are renewing our lease for another year. I recommend them if you are looking to rent or purchase a home or if you are needing to sell or have your property managed they are definitely the best company to assist you.

I have used Cox Premier Properties as my property manager for over 10 years now, and they have always done a great job. They address needs and concerns professionally but also compassionately. I feel like they really care, and they handle my needs and concerns as if they were their own. They have gone over and above my hopes and expectations. I spoke with many other agencies before deciding to use their services. I am so glad I chose them and would recommend them to anyone.

I switched to Cox Premier after going thru several property management companies, from the cheap ones to the exclusive ones to the nationwide ones. I have 5 rental properties that need ongoing attention.Months ago, I hired Melissa Cox, owner of Cox Premier Properties. She is hands-on on every property, she is honest, accessible, straightforward and fair. Exactly how a property manager should be.Her support team is also excellent. From Repair, Leasing, Accounting and, overall, being the point of contact for pretty much everything.I’ll be working with Cox Premier for years to come.

Jason was Extremely helpful in my leasing options on a new home for me and my family, The buying proccess was quick and simple and was able to move in the ideal location I wanted to live. Walking distance from schools and about a 10 min commute to work. I give them a 10/10 because of how I was treated How the homes looked and how easy the buying process was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone and everyone!
