They built these apartments when I was in Little League, and we used to play around there from the time the frame was going up.

Love the management and maintenance team at this location, stop by Friday May 10th and they had a Mothers day brunch, everyone was so nice, helpful and polite, Dalila and Celia are awesome and caring team.

Update!!! Managers are working with me to resolve the issue they seem genuinely concerned and I am thankful for that. !!! Still think the towing situation needs improvement and communication on both parts. But I’m glad they are helping. Used to love this place but ever since they started with their little towing and reserved parking spots it has been a nightmare!!! Tonight my car got towed it was not in a visitors or in a reserved parking it was in a blank spot. I went to the office since they started “registering “ the cars and registered mine I signed papers turned in my information like plates insurance all of it for what so they can take it anyway!!!

I stopped by the other day, because i was loooking for an apartment since im about to move soon from where i live now. I was attended by samantha who gave me her best availability of time to answer all my questions, she was very clear and kind at all times. Really nice person! Ill consider this place to live.

I lived there for 3 years and have nothing but willingness to fix any issue that I have had. Theresa is a very good landlord any time I have needed anything fixed it was always fixed within the same week as work order was placed. The only time she is forced to be even slightly mean is when people constantly cause trouble or never pay their rent on time. I love that they are remodeling the complex it looks really nice.

Since moving here everything has been great. Parking isnt the best but it is manageable. I like the community and how close I am to everything stores, food, shopping, bars etc. I also like how quiet it is and how clean everything is. I love my 1 bedroom apartment with my private patio.

Love my apartment, newly renovated for a great price. Manager Teresa made my move in experience such a breeze and hassle free. Definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the Grand Prairie area

I have lived at cottonwood for several years and love the manager Teresa . She get stuff done when needed and has it in place.. I believe she has made these apartments moved up and looking better then they ever have thank you for being an awesome manager

This is the coolest place for just the right prices. Maintenance is great and the Teresa is awesome. Hector is really good at handling issues.Almost two years and still loving it!
