The neighborhood is nice. Its very family-orientated here. Ive lived here for around 3 years and have had no problems. Its hard to hear your neighbors! And the property was renovated just last year. I had a complete facelift outside and inside

I have lived here over 5 years! The managment team are so caring and always checking up to see if everything is okay in my apartment. Never had any problems. Always gets things fix in a timely matter. Always greeting me when I see them outside. Everything going on with Covid they are taking the right measures to insure the safety of the residents and their employees as well. I love it here. It has helped me out financially with my kid to be able to better myself and for my child.

Ive been living for two years in Corona del Valle....and I love it....When ever I need help , the assistant manager Javier is always available to solve my issues and he always greets you with a big smile. I recommend the apt complex and Javier to help you.

Great management... They have one of the best apartment managers Ive ever delt with. A Very quite place to live. Go apply , they are remodeling the whole apartment complex.

I lived in Corona del Valle for a year and everything was super comfortable, I never had problems and the staff was always very attentive, I loved it but unfortunately it was too far away for me💔
