Great company to have overlooking my property! Sure Todd and I disagree on things but we work it out and get it taken care of. The big plus is having Brandi in the office. She is extremely helpful, and always gets the mission accomplished.

I had a property in San Antonio that COP Properties have been managing for a decade. I traveled the United States , fulfilling my military commitment and never had to worry about the upkeep of my house . Todd vowed he would treat my house as own and he did exactly this . He thoroughly screened renters and kept the property rented with quality clients. He gave me exceptional recommendations throughout our partnership. He was always polite, professional and even entertaining at times😄We recently sold the property and he was highly involved in the preparation, upgrading and remodeling to make sure we received maximum offering.I highly recommend Cop Property for your rental .

Cop Properties is a top notch property management company, and as a plus they are Veteran owned. They take great care to make sure their property owners and tenants are well taken care of. They have partnerships with the best service companies, so rest assured if anything goes wrong, like HVAC/plumbing/etc theyll take care of it. Thanks for everything you do!

I must say the rental process for my family has been very hard, we have been searching since April and have been at the point of losing hope. We are new to applying for rental properties and when I called the number listed on the website Tod Cop answered himself and was very courteous. We found out that we were denied, and when I texted Tod he was so kind and provided some really in depth feedback about the housing market and the exact reason for our denial which is something that we have never run into before. Usually when you get a denial its hard to even contact the property to get any feedback. Tod Cop took the time to not only apologize for the weird circumstances of the market but, to wish me and my family good luck. This is coming from someone who was denied tendency, I can honestly say I was honored to even be considered by this company. In times like today just a little consideration and kindness goes so far. We were ready to give up, but hearing back from Cop Properties gave us the little bit of encouragement to keep looking. I would do business with this company anytime just based on the responsiveness and courtesy they showed me and my partner.
