The Chrissa (property manager) and her team were always responsive, answering questions promptly and providing detailed updates on the status of my property. They handled everything from property placement and marketing with ease, making my job as a property owner significantly less stressful.They also offered great advice on improving the property’s value and maintaining long-term tenant satisfaction.Another major plus was their use of technology. The online portal made it easy to track payments, request maintenance, and review property performance reports. Ive been a resident at a rental home managed by Contre Property Management for two years, and just signed on for another two. Chrissa and Lisa are exceptionally professional and responsive! When you have an issue, they get the appropriate folks dispatched quickly, and the personnel who arrive to do the work are friendly and professional, and get the job done. Youre told the dates of property inspections ahead of time, and they are thorough, but handled very efficiently.There are lots of horror stories out there about bad property management companies and experiences people have had with ... Ive got nothing but good things to say about Contre. If youre a renter, youll get a nice, clean property, straightforward application and approval, and they will handle any problems with minimal fuss and hassle.If youre an owner, they will make sure the renters keep the property in good shape and your investment is protected, so you can make some money on it without the aggravation of doing everything yourself.Honestly, I dont think you could ask for a better property management company. Contre is top-notch!

I have nothing but great things to say about Contre. I havent had many issues with the property, but whenever there was a problem, it was resolved quickly and quietly. They respond quickly and use professionals who get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice well-maintained home.

I have worked with Chrissa for several years. Chrissa is very professional and takes great care of the properties she manages. She provides her property owners with great knowledge as to how to update their rental properties. She provides valuable input to update homes with quality products that look great at a value price point. We are personally looking to purchase a rental property and I would have Chrissa with Contre be the property manager hands down!
