    Mary Kay has been absolutely incredible with helping my boyfriend get moved in quickly! It is evident that she cares for people well by the way she bent over backwards and put a rush on his application process to get him into his new home quickly. She laid out all of his options, was very thorough when answering all of our questions, and worked diligently to make the move possible. She truly goes above and beyond for her residents and multiple times I personally witnessed her check on her tenants to make sure they were okay and did not need anything just as they passed by the office. She is truly a joy to work with and I could not have thanked her enough. If you are looking for a safe place to live where you are more than just a number, I highly recommend calling her first. To her, you are more than just a number, you are truly viewed as a person.

    01/24/2025The staff is “AMAZING” they respond quickly to any concerns or issues with their property that you may be renting from. They get maintenance orders done as quickly as possible. I am so grateful that they gave me an opportunity to redeem myself my dignity after a long battle with credit issues and medical issues, my tenant agent Ms. Sheree.E is an amazing person, she believed in me knowing that I would do the right thing to honor not only myself but respectfully give honors to coldwell banker’s reputation as outstanding realtors.

    I have previously left a bad review on this company due to the property managers in Lubbock Texas being far less than helpful, while I am choosing to keep that detail known publicly because I think people should be aware. I have to say my outlook on this company has completely changed, while I have had issues with the property manager about getting my deposit back and fighting with them for 2 weeks and feeling like I have not gotten anywhere with communication, I left a review explaining my experience where I was reached out to by Michael Fernuik who has been the most helpful person I have ever met. He called me and let me explain the situation and contacted the management team and asked me what resolution we could come up with. For a bad situation to be handled by him with so much respect and understanding is what all companies should strive for. He managed to fix the entire situation in just a few hours where we could all agree and fix the mistakes that were made. I am extremely pleased with the way he handled the matter and would recommend him to anyone! He did a wonderful job in every aspect!

    I just wanted to say when I rented this place it was a shot in the dark as far as management goes because I lived out of town and leased my townhome sight unseen.     For non-local parents seeking a GREAT agency for your college kiddos, you really should consider these folks at Coldwell. We flew into town for a couple of days driving around campus area looking for properties and called multiple agencies on signs/homes that looked interesting. It was fascinating experience, and ran the gambit I can tell you from slum lords on up. My experience with Coldwell was completely different though. From my first call to Cyanne (pronounced like the pepper) the whole vibe was awesome. She is TOP notch, super efficient and really a joy to work with. She helped narrow my search to exactly what I wanted to see in terms of price, lease terms, etc. She was able to get me into a specific viewing very quickly. The company also seems to consistently represent the most well maintained properties from what I saw. I didnt see any dumps where I did get mixed bag from other agencies. This is important as well especially if you are long distance like us and may need to trust the agent that the property is in good area/shape. Being miles away from my young student, I need to know I have a local advocate I can trust to ensure the property is safe, clean, and they will be responsive if an event arises. EXCELLENT company you should compare others but bet you will see what I mean.

    Our company, MSquared Construction Services works with Coldwell by helping keep their properties in good order. The staff at CB are always very supportive and eager to help us. They are prompt when returning phone calls and offering assistance. I believe they take great care of the tenants. They seem to be on top of making sure the tenants are taken care of quickly. They are the go between the owner of the property and the tenant so things may be out of their hands at times. We have enjoyed working with the staff at CB and hope to continue our relationship with them.

    I lived in a Coldwell Property for one year. When I moved out, I was expecting a refund from a portion of my $500 deposit. Instead, I received a bill for almost $200. I was charged for damages I had listed on my inventory move in sheet. I WAS LIVID!!! I called the company and was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call that day or the next , so I assumed the worst and knew I was in for a fight, and I was ready! I received a call from Oscar advising they had no record of my inventory sheet, but he would be happy to look at and adjust charges if needed. I have had some recent financial battles, so I was prepared for the worst, and I was NOT pleasant. He remained professional and assured me if they made a mistake they would correct it. Sure enough, much to my skepticism, he lived up to his word. The person working at the time I moved in never scanned my inventory sheet into my file. Once I provided that, all disputed charges were reversed within 24 hours. Thank you Coldwell Bankers, and Thank You, Oscar Armendariz. I know I was a complete and total B!t¢h. I was prepared for the worst. Thank you for proving me wrong!

    UPDATE: Oscar with coldwell banker called to discuss the issues that we were unhappy with, he was professional and apologized on behalf of what was overlooked. He immediately looked over the paperwork and saw that we had inappropriately been charged for things that were already on the move in sheet. Once again he was very professional and made things right. Thanks Oscar.One of the worst property management companies in Lubbock. I formerly lived in a property that was infested with sugar ants in the summer, vent in the bedroom never worked and issues with the garage door that had been reported multiple times but nothing was ever done about it. Have a proper move out notice and cleaned the house as clean as it was if not cleaner than what it was when it was moved into leaving the things that were already there and by the time it came to getting a deposit back they charged like 300.00 for cleaning after it had already been cleaned and that included a charge for a light bulb that was out. They claimed things had been damaged but had they only gone back to review the move in sheet they would of seen where it was already reported. Didn’t want to mess with them any longer so I let things go but once again I must warn you that all they care about is money and getting bodies into the homes they don’t care about the issues at the properties. If you have options DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GREEDY PEOPLE.

    I had a problem with my front door lock that was getting increasingly worse and could have become a safety issue. From the time the request was made to the time of repair was less than 24 hours. The repair person called with an ETA of 15 minutes and met that time. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in 5 minutes. Great work.
