Jim and Dana were excellent to me throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. Soon after our initial phone call, they sent me several listings in the area that fit my wants/needs. We scheduled several showings and eventually I found a home that worked for me. Jim helped me through the offer process, sent me a very detailed list of pre-purchase to-dos and even scheduled several necessary inspections on the home. I rented from them for 3 years. First and foremost they were helpful in finding a property to rent that met my demands. Jim acted as a local guide, showing me all the avaliable properties, was punctual and attentive. I had minor issues with the home due to wear and tear and he sent someone to identify and fix the issue on various occasions, always communicating concerns to me.
