COG management was managing my home for 19 years. This year, I decided it was time to sell the property. The entire management team was extremely helpful. Greta Farmer was the agent who helped me sell the house. Her performance was impeccable. She made the process look very easy. I would be happy to hire COG management and Greta Farmer to manage and/sell any future properties.

In a world where we’re used to sharing negative reviews I feel it’s important to share my positive experience.The company has been quick to respond to my questions since the day I submitted my application. My leasing agent, Greta Farmer, provided detailed information and made herself available whenever necessary.When I moved in I received keys to a home that was clean, safe and functional. There were a few items that needed to be addressed which were handled expeditiously by the maintenance team.Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision in choosing a home managed by Cog Management!

She was always informative, responsive and worked to find us a beautiful duplex. I would recommend Cog Management and Nicki Jacobs if you are looking to rent our own a home. My fiance and I have rented from COG Management for a year now & it has been an amazing experience. We would highly recommend this company; especially our agent Gretchen Greta Farmer. We were always treated with respect and given 100% honesty of what was to be expected. Greta was always prompt with responding to any & all questions or concerns we had. Not only did she find us a house to rent that suited our needs; she also just recently assisted us in finding our dream home to purchase. The real estate world needs more people like her!!!

I would like to say this was a really smooth transition into a new adventure. Working with Andy, Nikki and Greta. Andy , left everything in Nikki hands and she was awesome. She was always easy to speak with and answered all my questions. She knew her business and kept her promise each time. Nikki’s, knowledge is more just an agent she’s a real estate agent that makes a valuable person to know for next steps in purchasing a home. I do recommend Nikki and the entire staff. Five stars-10 if I could.

9 years of GREAT serviceIve had Cog Management manage my rental property after moving out of the State in June of 2009. From my initial contact to now that I am selling the property I have received great service. For nine years my property has been well taken care of to where my buyers home inspection report and appraisal inspection reports revealed only minor cosmetic fixes needed. Any maintenance issues reported by the tenants were taken care of immediately and to the tenants satisfaction. Whenever a tenant moved, the property was back in move-in condition within a matter of days, and the longest it ever took to obtain a new tenant was a little less than 30 days. They did a great job screening tenants and requiring the proper deposits to cover any possible end-of-lease issues. When I decided to sell the tenant was extremely upset and became irate and down-right rude and disrespectful but Cog still tried to help him find a new property to rent. Cog was also there for me, being I am out of state, during the sale process fixing the minor issues on the home inspection and appraisal inspection even though they are no longer invested in my property. Thank you is simply not enough to express 9 years of gratitude to Andy, Greta, Megan, Jolyn, and the first crew, Steve & Barbara, Lilian, Brittany, Ann, Melissa, James, and a host of others behind the scenes. THANK YOU!!!!!

She is doing everything she can to make sure my family and I get into a comfy place to call home. She is very prompt, kind, and is making sure we get what we need. We’ve just moved in and I’m STOKED with this Property! My Agent, Nicki J. kept me informed on everything that was going on prior to move in and after. We’ve had a few things that we’ve needed to create work orders on and they’ve been answered immediately the following day! Nick made this process so smooth and easy! And so much so that when we buy a house, she will most DEF be our Realtor! I HIGHLY recommend this Management Co!!!! 😍

I’ve been renting form COG management for 2 years now and honestly - the only issues I’ve had are with the actual owners of my property... not the leasing office. The staff has always been upfront, honest and friendly with me and has always been on top of any issues I’ve had with the house. Having a middle man makes the process of getting issues fixed and/or resolved a lot longer and maybe that’s something they could work on with the homes that have owners. People expect minor issues to be taken care of in the blink of an eye and it doesn’t work like that unfortunately with any leasing office.Greta has always been so kind to me and I’m sad I’m leaving (owners decided to sell the home) I went to pay rent on Friday and told her I was dreading the house hunt and she went as far as making a call for me to a friend of hers to see if she could help me out! She’s such a sweetheart and I’m really going to miss my monthly visits for her “taking all of my hard earned money”. If COG Management had a home that fit my needs now I would have signed a new lease with them already. Over all coming from a TRUE slumlord to COG Management was night and day. I love the staff there and I hope to find a new leasing office with a great staff there.
