Club One is a top-notch organization. Shan and her staff are professional, responsive and always deliver. I have a home in the central Austin area that I am not able to be at year round so it is important to me to have things running and looking as if I was. Shan and her team handle everything I need done! From yard work to AC filter replacement, they handle it all. Such a life saver!!! I have and will continue to recommend Club One Concierge to everyone one in the area.

I have used two other concierge companies here in Austin that turned out to be the most disappointing experience ever. I then hired Club One Concierge and I can say that it has been the most professional concierge company I have ever hired. I own multiple properties here in Austin besides my personal residence that need a considerable amount of attention for all different issues and reasons. Shan Davis and her staff as well as the contrcators she uses are amazing. Shan Davis and her company are the most trustworthy, reliable and professional concierge company in Austin. I just cannot say enough other than the peace of mind they have given me is priceless. Look no farther if you need a concierge company for your home or properties because they are the best!

Shan and her team have been wonderful resources for us during our move to Austin, from recommending a fantastic long distance moving company, to help with furniture and art placement and recommendations for local area service providers. She’s creative, very organized, and such a fun, but professional, person to work with. We couldn’t recommend Shan more highly!

Shan and her team give me faith in humanity. Incredibly competent at what they do, very easy to work with, and great value for us. We bought a house in Austin, but lived out of state. We wanted to do a fair amount of work to the house, but didnt want to travel frequently due to covid. She helped us to, amongst other things, build a large fence for our pets, repaint the interior of the house, buy furniture, do electrical work, hire a moving company, put in hard wood floors, put in a sport court, the list goes on! She got us multiple bids on everything, and provided insight into which vendors and services we should choose given our budget. Whitney has helped us with organization in the house, and Dorothy found us a great source of raw pet food that is saving us a significant amount of money each month over what we paid before. Cant recommend enough!

Shan and Dorothy are life savers. I had to move fast due to a personal situation and they relieved so much stress, and time for me to focus on my personal and work efforts. They are professional and will not allow you to settle. If you are not even happy a little bit they will make it right. They also go above and beyond when it comes to service. Sometimes I feel like I am taking advantage of them as they are willing to do anything you need to make sure you are taken care of in a professional manner. They also have other services that I will be using going forward. Lastly, they are not formal interior decorators. but for a man with no knowledge of this space. they stepped in and made recommendations and the way they communicate using technology makes it so convenient. I couldnt say enough positive things about my experience.
