We recently had to switch to Cloverleaf Property Managment (PM) and are very happy that we did. They are by far the best PM for us to deal with. Cloverleaf PM is caring, courteous and listens well to all our needs. They are proactive in making sure our property is managed outstandingly. “Bruno” and “Mary” are so great to work with. They make the time to listen and follow it with action (s) to ensure all our needs are met. “Mary” in Maintenance Department, helped us to find the right vender that could meet our budget when things needed repairs. Very flexible and outstanding staff who listens to us and care. We are extremely happy with Cloverleaf’s outstanding service they provide in managing our property exceptionally well. *update*I had to delete and copy my old review from 3 weeks ago.Move in process was super easy. Download an app for the walk through for damages. We found two things not working, reported them about 3pm yesterday and they had someone out at 8:30 this morning to fix both issues and even gave me the reasons what was wrong with them and how it was fixed. I spoke with Maria with maintenance on all of this, she was great. Mary continues to do great also. Only thing I wish they would do as a company, is make an app for the portal instead of it being online, but not that big of a deal.We are getting everything ready to be able to move into a nice new home. Mary has been my point of contact. She’s super nice and easy to work with, making the process flow smoothly. I can’t comment on how well/fast they are at repairs or any kind of request for the home just yet but will update if/when it comes across.

Had a great experience. I was getting frustrated with the lack of user friendly portals and disconnected property management agents when looking for a home until I found CloverLeaf. Luisa was excellent, forthcoming and we got from inquiry to lease signing within 72 hours.I felt comfortable with the whole process since I had to do the rental sight-unseen. They were able to coordinate a realtor to do a virtual walkthrough. So far great experience and I look forward to working with them throughout my rental period.

Let’s start by saying that my leasing agent Luisa, was top notch in Customer Service and Communication. She was very knowledgeable and I cannot stop raving about her. I’ve rented from other PM in the past and was not happy with the lack of communication and the “not-knowing” what was going on with our applications. With Luisa, it was a whole new experience; A GREAT EXPERIENCE. We are very pleased and are getting ready to move into our new home. Thank you Cloverleaf PM and their great team (especially Luisa) although I also spoke to Maria a few times ( she was very helpful and professional). Best experience applying to a house I have ever had. The application process was seamless and easy to use, and didnt require several different step to be considered applied like many other rental applications. CloverLeaf representatives called me almost immediately after my submission, and were so friendly and helpful. They approved my application within a few hours and even called again to outline how to pay my deposit fees. The representative I worked with, Mary, was so friendly and helpful, and was just as excited as I was for us to get approved!

We are currently renting a lovely house managed by Cloverleaf. We had a plumbing issue that left us with barely a trickle of water from all our faucets. I called the after hours maintenance number and was connected with Lisa who sent a handyman out. He diagnosed the problem but since he wasn’t a plumber he was able to provide a temporary fix. I submitted a formal work order and was called promptly the next day by Maria. She was very concerned for our wellbeing as far as not having an interrupted supply of water. She immediately contacted a plumber who fixed and provided a new water pressure regulator. My thanks to him for getting us back to normal. I am especially thankful to Cloverleaf for always being so prompt and I’m hugely thankful for Maria. Maria is a truly genuine lady who is courteous, professional and deeply caring towards her tenants. It’s always a pleasure to hear her voice on the phone.Thank you so much!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️

Cloverleaf property management did a phenomenal job with our investment property for 2 years. They had excellent communication and helped us choose great tenants. They followed through on everything they said they would and even helped us take care of things like putting in blinds from Home Depot, rain gutters and sod. We live about an hour from the property so knowing it was in good hands was very important and we weren’t constantly dealing with issues. They are also reasonably priced and never tried to overcharge for services. As a realtor, I work with a lot of different property management companies, and this one has been by far the best.

We have 3 properties with Clover Leaf Property Management company . They have managed all properties for the past 4 years. I’ve been working with Marvin , the owner of the company, Jarred who is in charge of maintenance of the property and Mary and Bruno in charge of leasing the properties out. They all offer a 5 star customer service , communication and go above and beyond to take care of the property. I’d like to say extra few words in regards to Mary. She has an amazing customer service , great negotiation skills with the tenants and a great follow up skills. The property company stays ahead of the curve with management tools that help keep an eye on the property , to maintain it while it’s tenant occupied which gives a piece of mind to us home owners and also know that tenant is being held responsible to maintain the property .

Cloverleaf has been one of THE BEST companies I have done work with. Property management companies are notorious for having a heavy work load on their plates but Marvin and his team are always responsive with us and do everything they can to help us get our job done. Although there are a few people i work with directly, Jared, Mary, and Yvon are always very quick to anser any questions i have and always very willing to help make our job easier. Where some companies may lack in keeping up with their properties, Cloverleaf always seems to be keeping up with their maintenance and taking care of work orders that come in very quickly. Its a breath of fresh air in my opinion. After leaving the previous review regarding our experience, I would like to update that Cloverleaf management did make efforts to address the issues we faced. They personally reached out to us and offered a small discount for our troubles. While it did take some time to resolve the initial problems, their attempt to rectify the situation was appreciated. This gesture showed their willingness to improve their service and address our concerns.******Unfortunately this company is lacking. The past three weeks have been a nightmare. I’m so happy everyone else has had a great experience but that’s not the case for us. Day of move in, our AC does not work, the house is also dirty(for example: dead flys and debris on floor). Takes days to get someone out but there is no immediate solution in the mean time, no portable AC, nothing! Just put in a ticket. There’s no sense of urgency! The house is in the 90s! It takes weeks to get it resolved with still no solution from cloverleaf. Finally they drop off two portable AC units. The AC is not big enough to cool the house, therefor the portable AC were used to bring the temp down and the central AC can hold a mid 70 degree temp but not cool any lower. They still have not addressed the fact the house was dirty and filters weren’t changed. When asked for compensation due to the fact we have paid now between fees and rent $5,869+ and have had keys for just shy of three weeks, but have been unable to move a single thing into the house due to the heat. Daniel goes in circles arguing with my wife. Then states that an AC unit should only be able to cool 20 degrees lower than the outside temperature, so on 105 days… it’s okay for my house to be 85 degrees??? But the house that I’m still currently in (because we can’t move into the clover leaf one) that’s 120+ years old will get into the 60s on a 105 day?? Except none of the issues are addressed still. When I originally told Daniel the house was dirty he said well you haven’t done your walk thru so do that so we have pictures, I did this weeks ago and now he says well do you have pictures of the dirty house… so we can “try” to send someone out. For prices like this I expect the house to be clean and in working order and it hasn’t been and they do nothing to resolve the issues, and when they weren’t resolved in a timely matter there’s still no compensation. Every owner and landlord I’ve had has always offered something when something doesn’t go right. However cloverleaf and Daniel have fell short every single time.

After hearing many horror stories from friends and family attempting to manage their properties we decided it was best to leave it to the professionals.We did a ton of research and requested referrals from a ton of people for a good property management company.After speaking to CloverLeaf Property Management the decision was very easy for us. We decided to move forward with Clover leaf to take care of our first rental home.Within the first weekend of posting, their team found excellent tenants through their vigorous background checks. The process was so easy and we couldnt have asked for anything better. From the moment I drove up to the house, the one I’d eventually call my home, I was met with friendly and accommodating professionalism. It was early afternoon on Halloween and when I called the number I was not only responded to right away but I was actually given the with a link and a few small steps to do over my phone able to go inside the home and tour it with my children for as long as I liked. I did the application that night and was approved right away and there was always communication, I never had to wait or wonder what was going on or what the next step was! The first week of November I moved in and have had nothing but the same consistent professionalism met with kindness and continued accommodating treatment. My emails or texts are always answered right away and it is very easy to pay online, I’ve had a few situations where the property manager Marvin met me so I could give him my rent so it wouldn’t be late due to my schedule. When I was offered to continue my lease, I didn’t have to think twice.
