I wanted to share the professionalism, swiftness, and outstanding work done by one of the maintenance men Izzy! He was prompt and on time for replacing a valve in my apartment. He explained in detail what he was doing and what needed to be done. At the end of the job he also made sure I saw the work done and cleaned up after him self! Amazing guy! 10 thumbs up for having Izzy apart of CLEAR Property Management!Thank you

Great job! Israel and Berto responded to our maintenance call when our oven went out. They came and scooped out the issue promptly and came back with a whole new Stove/oven promptly as well… They were very friendly and efficient.. installed the oven and set us up for success!! Much needed and Much appreciated!

Ive had a fantastic experience living at my property managed by CLEAR Property Management. The team onsite is exceptional, always responsive and transparent. Our maintenance requests are handled professionally and quickly, and they communicate with me if there was a delay. We have such a beautiful remodeled clubhouse to enjoy and professionally done exterior paint to all of our buildings. I absolutely love the new striping done throughout the entire parking in the community. The attention to detail truly sets this place apart. Grateful for the positive living experience they are providing. Keep it up!

I can only say great things about this company. I live at a property in Austin and since Clear Property Management took over earlier this year, things have only improved. The events the property has for us residents, friendly office staff and the place looks super clean. Five stars !

I have lived in the Admirals for 1 year November, I must give credit when credit is due. My community Manager Yvonne, and her AMAZING STAFF is awesome. They take it Personal and to HEART when we as RESIDENTS are not satisfied with ANYTHING thats involving your residency, THEY GO OUT OF THE WAY TO MAKE US SAFE, AND HAPPY RESIDENTS. Yeah everywhere has is fair share of MISHAPS, AND MYSTERIOUS PEOPLE always looking for there share of the NON AMERICAN DREAM. However they are QUICKLY REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AND BANNED UPON CAPTURE.MY POINT IS......LOOKING FOR A GREAT APARTMENT HOME WITH EVERY AMENITIES INCLUDED............CHECK OUTTHE ADIMIRALS APARTMENT HOMES8000 MIDCROWN DRIVESan Antonio Texas 78218IN THE HEART OF THE BEAUTIFUL POSH WINDCREST NEIGHBORHOOD.......DID I MENTION OVER 200 LOCAL NAME STORESAND 135 RESTURANTS WITHIN 3 MILES OF YOUR NEW APARTMENT HOME.
