I have been living in mobile home for 1 year and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever experienced in a long time. The lady that help me was MRS kasha!! She is a beautiful person she was very helpful with helping me pick the right mobile home for me n my daughters! She did her best in her power to make sure things was taken care of! You might wonder why not renewing if I had a great experience there. It’s just a mobile home community no good privacy no backyard no playground and I always wanted to have a backyard for my girls and due to that I had too move! If I ever decide to go back it will be to buy (only) for me but if you are looking for a nice place to rent from plz talk too kasha she will help you out ! She is a wonderful supper sweet person with a heart of gold I hate to leave but it’s time for a growth n change but I’m so glad that she works at that office!!!! She making a change in that position and I love that for her. She keep itProfessional warming and straight forward with you and I love that about her keep up the good work Mrs kasha!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been on lance loop since 2018. I’ve had issues upon issues with managers, and being charged left and right for things that didn’t make sense. I almost moved completely because I couldn’t take it anymore. Kasha is now the property manager and I’ve had the best experience with her. She answers the phone as often as possible, I hear back pretty quickly about things I’ve asked about. She’s just genuinely a good person and understands we’re all human and deserve to be treated as such. I’m thankful we FINALLY have a good property manager that’s willing to go above and beyond for her renters. A1 with this one. Please please do what you can to keep her around. I’ve been here on the property since ‘17. Since I’ve been here I’ve been asked several times to do a review. Respectfully I couldn’t. The last few owners and property managers were terrible. They lied, never picked up the phone, charged you for everything, lock you out of your account which made transactions hard to do, since the office was always closed and they wouldn’t take card payments or money orders.Now with that being said despite my previous experience. This new company and property manager has went above and beyond. Vanessa Forbes hands down is the best property manager I’ve dealt with.Since Mrs. Forbes has taken over the trust level has been regained. She is very personable, compassionate, her communication is stellar, and she gets things done. Thank you again for all that you do Vanessa. You’re the only reason I’m giving this company 5stars! Keep doing what you do!

The property manager Vanessa has been a huge help and a very good problem solver. Always a good attitude with a smile and ready to help. She made my experience living here great and no matter what went wrong , she will try her hardest to correct it!

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years. It’s a good starter place for someone wanting to live off post. I really like the new ownership and property management. Sam is an AWESOME property manager. She always communicates with me via text or email about whats going on or with work orders and office hours. One of the old property managers, Haley was very rude and unfriendly. So it’s refreshing to have someone that knows how to be polite and deal with people in a professional manner.DJ and David are great as well. Whenever I have to submit a work order It’s usually complete within a week. I’ve never had a problem with rent or late fees, I usually notify Sam ahead of time if there’s a situation and she’s very accommodating. They are a pet friendly community. We’ve never had any pet problems and If you get a home without a fence, you have the option to get one.

My daughter has been looking for a home for her and her 2 yr old by us for FOREVER and we found this place and the leasing agent there was PHENOMENAL! she was always there to show us literally 5 times as we went to really decide and she was so patient and so kind. I was in property management for 6 years and I could train an agent but not change personality and from my perspective I just had to write something because she really stood out. I actually walked through BEFORE my daughter and told her, you want to be here. The leasing agent is amazing and that speaks volumes! Im very excited to have my daughter start her future here!

This place is awesome! We moved in and needed something FAST and we got approved the SAME DAY! The also split the deposit into 3 payments which is also great. We have had about 11 work orders that have been turned in over the last 3 months (since we moved in) and maintenance gets to them in a timely matter. The office staff is so helpful and are easy to get in contact with. The community is quiet and close to my kids school, which is always nice. Overall, we like it here. :)

The NEW Management is amazing! They worked on all my issues I been having . They fast without any hesitation fixed it right away! The phone calls being answered witch I love, thanks for Ms Vanessa . Now if I have any problems on my unit I feel free to go and let them know my concerns. 💯🙌🏽

My husband and i were searching for a very long time for a nice neighborhood to move into as we have a baby on the way. We called to see a property and we were promptly taken care of and shown an example home! They take care of their homes and make sure any issues are fixed. Not to mention to staff is very kind!! I am excited to move out of our current apartment complex because we pay twice as much with little space and crime. I am definitely recommending them to my friends!!

I lived in a home managed by Clear Creek Rentals for a little over a year after I transitioned out of the Army. Rent price is extremely good for the area. I never had any issues with maintenance. After a big storm took a few shingles off the roof, they came by and fixed it the next day, before I even had a chance to call them about it. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. If you dont want to pay the reasonable amount they charge for lawn care, you can do it yourself. Neighborhood was quiet and clean.

The property management staff was very friendly and very helpful. When signing the lease agreement a staff member will sit down and go over everything with you, so there is NO confusion or assumptions. The properties are not perfect in any way, but thats my preference. All in all it has been a very pleasurable experience.

We have lived in a Clear Creek rental property for coming up on two years. Our experience here has been wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. I would recommend Clear Creek Rentals to anyone, and have done so on occasion.

The people and the property are amazing!!! This is by far the best place I have lived at. I enjoy talking to the friendly manager and the owners are awesome!! It is nice to live in a community where you are recognized and appreciated!! Clear Creek Rentals has a good choice of homes and the maintenance will fix things promptly!! This is an awesome place to live and will hate to move to our next duty station!!!

So i got online to do a review for a place i just ate at and i thought hey.. i should write one for the community i live in.. i read some of the reviews written and i have to say I have been at Clear Creek rentals for 3 almost 4 years now...... I have never had any problems.. but i also pay my very convenient priced rent and utilities on time, take care of their home and property and respect my neighbors as they do me.. as far as the lawn stuff i have never had a problem.. again i mow my lawn on time...you get a very fair warning about having your lawn mowed before they do it for you :) which in my eyes thanks guys cause i didnt have the time to do it then, they make everything clear in your lease that you sign on what needs to be done they give you fair warnings and a chance to fix situations that occur or if your end of the lease is broken.. and this is a very safe quiet community! and 5 min away from post! i say its awesome and convenient! as long as you respect your lease and the really nice homes/ property your RENTING from clear creek rentals. also any little natural damages or problems that happen gets fixed as soon as its addressed or as soon as possible even on the weekends! ... thanks guys dont change and dont listen to these guys your great im not going anywhere soon its to good here! -- Sue

My family and I have lived in the community for 9 years and haven’t had many problems. When we have a work order it gets taken care of promptly. Our water heater went out, after hours, I called the office and got the answering service who called the owner. The owner called me quickly and they came out and put in a new water heater right away. We do get grass notices posted on Thursday and they give you until Monday to mow, so you have plenty of time to either pay them to mow or take care of it yourself. As long as you pay your rent on time, take care of the house and the yard you don’t have any problems. It is a pretty quiet area and even has a covered bus stop for the kids. We live in a pleasant area close to everything.

I have been in one of their homes since 2013, and I do not plan on moving anytime soon. Love my neighbors, love Mrs. Barbara, and love her girls in the office. Also love the quietness of the community, warning there are airplanes and helicopters that fly over all the time, you get use to them.

Very few maintenance issues that need to get done but over all Scott and Jackie have been more then amazing helping us get everything set up, the process took literally 20 mins. They are beyond sweet and professional. I recommend everyone to live here. Please do your self a favor and take the time out of your day to come visit! And the maintenance man with the blue shirt is absolutely beyond amazing and very good at what he does

Been here for a lil over 3 yrs now and have had no problems. A nice neighborhood and very quiet. Plenty of kids for my kids to play with. A safe neighborhood. And also a very clean place. They do a very good job maintaining everything from the yards to the homes. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice, quiet place to live. Holley and Lindsey are the best property managers in Killeen!!! I moved here from Austin and looked at more places than I care to mention, I am very happy and will not be moving any time soon. Feel lucky to have found this gem.

I got back from Korea. The last year has been as smooth as I could ask. I started looking at places before I left Korea and was able to do my whole application process from there. The day I got back I signed my lease, paid and got my keys. I have had one maintenance issue since moving in, the ac stopped cooling about a month ago but they had it fixed the same day (on a Saturday). I feel like the girls in the office do everything they can to help keep things running smooth. They are very military friendly!

One of the best realtys Ive rented from! Quite neighborhood, great staff, convieniet area! Work orders are taken care of fast. Not only are the rentals huge but for the size the rent is very affordable! Id recommend to anyone!
