These guys made it so easy to get accepted and moved in. I SUPER appreciate them changing out the carpet upstairs to wood paneling, it looks so nice and will be easier to clean. Everyone that works here has been super nice, Kevin initially helped me, then Jason processed everything. Susan helped me get my keys this morning and even though their system was down, she got me out quickly and is so sweet!

Clark realty property management has been good to me and my family over the course of the 3 years we rented one of the many properties they manage. The only reason we don’t give a 5 star rating is because it was difficult at times to contact them via phone but in person Susan at the main desk was awesome and very attentive in regards to any and all matters which we greatly appreciated. The only other gripe is with the landscaping, as at times the front yard wasn’t maintained as often as what you would think seeing as it was a monthly fee we had to pay, and a service you pay for you expect to be consistent but that wasn’t necessarily the case at least in our experience with them.Any and all work orders were executed promptly and professionally. Overall it was an acceptable experience working with Clark realty as it is not the company but more or so the area in which we were renting that got a little bit out of hand post COVID which prompted us to move for overall safety concerns. But again nothing really negative besides the aforementioned which Clark realty really has no control over (besides the landscaping).If we rent again we will definitely consider Clark realty just a property in a different location is all. And as far as any contracting or other services they offer they are first on our list if necessary!Respectfully

Thank you Clark Realty and Janine for moving me to a great community of townhouses. Your company keeps the Summitt Subdivision so clean. My family just move across town from the Bandera area off of Apple Seed street. The subdivision was horrible and all the owners and Property Managers did nothing to keep it clean. Extremely high grass, trees not trimmed for years, cars that are abandoned all over. Trash and trash cans all over the place. I highly recommend Clark Realty and the job they do. If you want to see the difference go to Apple Seed or Aspen Hill subdivision.

Once she is aware you have an issue, she calls whoever she needs to in order to get the issue resolved. I hope Clark Realty keeps her for a very long time because she is a BOSS!

Our experiences with Clark have always been very professional. Natalie has met our every needs in this tough stretch of time. We are very pleased with the way things are going.One thing that we have struggled through is a tenant that has had some City violations on multiple occasions for trash in the front yard. I feel that this could be avoided in the future with a weekly drive-by by Clark to spot this and handle it before we get a violation.

Just wanted to give some feedback on Susan. We’ve rented from Clark Realty for a few years now, and have always had a great experience with Susan helping out with any issues we’ve ran into. She is always responsive and goes above and beyond to resolve problems as soon as they arise. Issues when renting are inevitable, but it makes a difference when the company has someone that takes care of customers and is proactive in resolving them.
