We have been leasing from city space at One of the marquis properties and we are very happy with them. They are very strict which is not always great for tenants with lots of cars in the parking lot but it’s great for keeping the place safe and clean.The prices for our space have gone up a lot in the last 7 years but they are still really fair for the area. They do a great job at keeping it clean and maintained. All of our neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. We’ve looked at a lot of other warehouses and none have felt as “safe” as these do.Definitely recommend working with them.Ps. Be nice to Marylin and she’ll be nice to you ;) -
